Roppongi Hotel S

Superb boutique hotel with efficient, professional staff. Restaurant serves excellent food. Very helpful staff speaks good English. I will stay here again.

I have no negative comments about the hotel. My stay was perfect.

The staff were so nice and spoke fantastic English! The location was great. It's a 2 minute walk to A-Life, a pretty good club, and a 10-15 minute walk to all the other hot spots in Roppongi.

Check in at 1500. That's pretty standard for Japanese hotels in my experience.

Convenient Located, 900 meters from the Subway, 500 metrs near the next Starbucks, Internet not bad ,in the Lobby the speed is away better, kind of Frindly the Staff except hotel employee.

clean and beautiful room, loved the spacious bathtub. appreciated the early breakfast and access to coffee.

wifi didn’t always work and the room did not have blackout curtains. location is in a quieter part of roppongi but walking distance to roppongi hills. subway station (which still requires at least 1 transfer to get to most parts of tokyo) was 10 min walking which isn’t the most convenient if you’re a first time visitor. washer/dryer was useful to have but you should only do small loads at a time if you want everything to dry.

The room size was surprisingly spacious, especially for Tokyo standards, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also very convenient — just a short walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro, which made getting around the city easy. We appreciated the small touches such as the included amenities and pyjamas, which added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, the room felt welcoming and well maintained, offering good value for what we paid.

The bathroom in our twin deluxe room felt a bit small, and the lighting throughout the room could have been brighter. Our view was unfortunately obstructed by nearby construction, which made the room feel slightly darker than expected. The breakfast was decent but could use a wider variety of options; however, considering it was included in the rate, it was still a nice addition. A few small improvements would make the overall experience even better.

The staff was extremely kind and did everything possible to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, as an American, as they had some staple dishes (toast, scrambled eggs, corn flakes) as well as more traditional Japanese dishes. The room was spacious, and the hotel is only a few minutes walk away from Roppongi Station, so you can very easily access everything you need.

The dryer included in our room took 3 hours and my clothes weren’t even dry.

The room layout was a bit tight and the upper level for the bedroom created a low ceiling to pass.

The water in the shower has problems. It would not turn hot and it kept fluctuating from freezing cold to slightly lukewarm. The room also had many stained/scraped walls. Made it seem dingy. Breakfast buffet was lackluster with limited options for a vegetarian. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with better breakfast buffets.

Excellent location, convenient for Roppongi, Roppongi Hills, NishiAzabu, etc. It is a very stylish hotel, nice chic design. The little back streets behind the hotel are quite interesting to explore. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

The sleeping / bed arrangement was a little tight. Bed up against the wall, so one partner needs to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. Pretty normal for Tokyo room sizes I guess.

The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful. The daily breakfast buffet is great. The location is convenient.

The staff was friendly and responsive, the hotel was clean, with a generous breakfast.

Some features in the bathroom were out of order, and the location was on a very wide road, and the driveway was hard for taxis to negotiate.

I had an incredible stay, largely thanks to the exceptionally well-trained staff who excelled at creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for international guests. Arriving in Japan on a whim, I was touched by their efforts to ensure my comfort from the moment I stepped through the door. The breakfast was a delightful highlight—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return!

It was perfect.

I only liked the location of the hotel. It was 20-30 minutes away from Omotesando/Harajuku by walking. We walked often.

We paid 1200 EU's for a 4-star, that looked like a 3-star hotel from the inside.The laundry service, we had to pay 100 EU, even though the clothes were not cleaned properly. We made a complaint about it, but still had to pay. It seems like clothes are washed without a detergent, only with water.

Breakfast was great! Location was excellent, close to the subway but a bit off the main drag! It was a great find. Would highly recommend.

Room was a bit tight. But I wasn't surprised by that.
