One or two male staff in the early morning shifts at the check-in desk were kind of not helpful.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

The friendliness and general homey feeling of the hotel. ( it felt like home )

Very nice and accommodating staff. They let us check in early because of the weather. Overall hotel is quite modern. Breakfast was decent. Hotel tends to be more western, which can be nice.

Sometimes when it gets busy during the holidays, certain foods can run out quickly during breakfast. Not a big deal, I know the staff do their best to accommodate the demand.

Love the library and lounge area. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff was very accommodating. The hotel hold our luggages after we checked out early since our flight wasn’t until 9pm. We checked out at around 9am and explored other areas and picked up our luggages at 4pm to head out to the airport. Would recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely return the next time we’re in Tokyo.

The 2nd time we check in we were assigned the room on the 5th floor. Bathroom was raised and feels tight. Maybe we weren’t used to it at the beginning so tripped over it 2x. It’s okay once we got used to it. But if we have a choice would like to request a different room that doesn’t have that raised floor to the restroom.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. The hotel had a great vibe and breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the high quality amenities in the room and our room was very quiet and comfortable.

Clean amenities, great quiet location, good restaurant options

Clean room, close to subway station, right next to convenience store, bottle refill stations, nice lotions and other hotel amenities.

Breakfast was pricey.

The Rooms were clean and bigger compared to other location we stayed. The bathroom had all necessary products and extra. I loved the fact they were big on eco friendly and sustainable options. And the bookcase lobby was beautiful

Location : Location is bit far from main JR line. Had to take subways but had to change stations several times

Everything! Before we checked in the staff was absolutely amazing, my wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the concierge printed out a photo with a message for me and included complimentary champagne.

Location, warm welcome, lounge areas, room size.

The fan in our bathroom did not work so the bathroom had a slight musty smell.

The property is clean and cozy. It is well located and within walking distance to Tokyo tower and the subway station. The breakfast is a must try！

We stayed in the family room with bunk beds. Nice layout. Comfy beds. Great breakfast.

Would be nice to have more outlets in the rooms and hooks for hanging jackets/bags.

Everyth is great about this hotel: staff, location, breakfast, activities they offer and flowong sparkling wine for the guests

Warm welcome by staff, spacious lobby with refreshments and lounging areas, very comfortable even the bunk beds. Convenient location with plenty of eating places, stores, and near the subway.

Location was close to a few stations.

There is literally no real trash cans in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room service menu had two items to choose from for dinner.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make the stay special and unique, like offering a free party for quest on new years eve and special new years day treats. Food was excellent. Would absolutely visit again.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Very well maintained and upkept. The rooms were most comfortable with a small couch and warm furnishings. The color scheme may very well hide dirt but not here where it was immaculately clean and made the room feel cosy! Beds were comfortable.The breakfast was marvelous with very many well done items. Care could be seen to have gone into preparation.We have been to Tokyo several times and stayed in various neighborhoods. This area was outstanding in that it was quiet in a city where crowding is commonplace. A short walk to the food outlets around Daimon and Hamamatsucho was more than adequate. Daimon station being just a short walk away.Social hour in the evenings gave an excuse to gather with other guests with complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. A rare fixture in hotels.

The double room a little small but par for the course in Tokyo. Might want to pay a bit more for a small suite

Its location is strategic.Neighborhood is quite.The library set-up was motivating to use time to read.
