Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, A Pan Pacific Partner Hotel

I travelled with a 9 y.o. Amenities are all there but the standard of service was significantly below 5 stars (except for the bar staff on the 40th floor). The staff is not helpful+ a huge language barrier. Not a kids friendly hotel. Look elsewhere

The service! Staff goes above and beyond. High quality all over. Only Karens would complain. Breakfast is awesome. Non Japanese items include cereals, breads, bacon, ham, waffles, yogurt etc

Our room has the panoramic view of Shibuya - Awesome !!! We couldn't access our prepaid pass via Klook to go to Shibuya Sky so the view from our room made up for it. Very nice hotel room.

4 star hotel with a 3.5 star bathroom. No counter space. Shower was a handheld only.

The location , cleanliness and the staff I give 5 stars

I paid a little over $---- for 4 nights. I couldn¿t access the pool, workout room nor was breakfast included. For the price and not offered any amenities is ridiculous.

The location was terrific; minutes away from the beating heart of Shibuya. The hotel is massive, sleek, clean and in excellent repair. Although we did not make use of the many restaurants, the availability was there.

Breakfast was overpriced and frustrating. Service was poor in general. The food selection was excellent but poorly maintained and replenished infrequently. The hotel rooms are nice, but aging poorly. Carpeting in both rooms was old. Housekeeping great.

They charged us to use pool even after we upgraded the room. That cost was not disclosed when room was booked.

Wifi signal was bad

Buffet was okay but the staff doesn’t understand English too well and if you wanted more coffee, nobody got it or brought it very late. I found overall that the entire hotel was lacking in the English translation and uncomfortable for any guest who spoke English. I talked with many people who are from all over the world and we’re unhappy with the same thing

Staff could’ve spoken English better and while it is, everyone is very polite they don’t understand you

Everything opinion was great.

Booked the Cerulean Grand Room for the weekend for my family (5 total including 3 children). Excellent views of Shibuya looking out towards Shinjuku. The sofa/bed by the window provided a comfortable and fun way for the kids to stare endlessly through the windows, especially at night. The shower and bath area is very large, looks luxurious although in this particular floor plan, there's no window view. However, the size made it very easy to bathe the kids and let them have a little fun. The spacious king size was bed was technically large enough for my entire family, but the sofa by the window was also set up as a king size bed by the staff giving us plenty of space to sleep. The provided breakfast was excellent and staff helped make it easy for us to manage our 3 kids, even entertained them for a bit.

There's not really much that I didn't like. If I have to nitpick anything, it would be the complexity of the local area for a family with 2-child stroller to navigate through. There are extended pedestrian bridges that made it not so super clear on how to get from one side of the street to the other while pushing a stroller. But this is Shibuya, and we wanted to experience it as it is. We managed to figure it out and we had a great time.

Good restaurants and I enjoyed having coffee and pastries the the sitting area adjacent to the lobby

It’s so conveniently close and yet away from the business of Shibuya. You can catch the airport bus from the hotel too. The restaurants are really nice too.

Nothing. Loved it all.

Hotel is situated at a prime location giving us quick access to Shibuya station and nearby locations like Hachiko statue. The staff was very polite and helpful. We liked their hospitality. The best part was the views we got from our room. It overlooked the whole city without any obstruction. Sort of like your private Shibuya Sky experience.

I love this hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. If you reserve the executive suites, the rooms a bigger. Great amenities and staff are so helpful and friendly.

Very easy access to Shibuya station but on the 'quieter' side which is nice at the end of a long day. The service is always excellent at this hotel from lobby/concierge/room service etc.

This is not a negative but last year we stayed in a corner room and this year we were in a regular room and we could definitely tell the difference. A bit disappointed in that (particularly since this years price was more expensive for a room that was not as nice) but this was not the hotel's fault.
