Staff friendly and courteous Great gym and spa but no stationary bike

Rooms dirty and dusty Shower tub had mold and hair

Decent size for Tokyo and price range. Close to subway.

Room appeared outdated for the price. No special amenities. Some staff was friendly whereas others were not. Sauna was very small.

The 'public'bathroom. I'm from USA so it was a first for me and it was very clean. The sauna is amazing too..nice and hot.

People were very attentive and kind. Loved our stay here.

Just a little pricey for not including wi-fi in room.

Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. Location is good and it is very easy to take a taxi at anytime.Staff speak good English.

Rooms are a bit too small. Depending on the hour, you can take up to 10 minutes to get a lift to the lobby.

The staff is so accommodating and goes above and beyond in everything they do. The location is excellent as well. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we would definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was good with separate sections for Indian and Chinese cuisine. The Indian vegetarian cuisine was really good.

The rooms were a little smaller, but I guess decent from Japanese standards. The amount of drinking water supplied in the room for 2 persons was too less. They did supply more water when asked for, but that was a hassle. The vegetarian options in the food menu were very limited.

Extremely able staff

I selected a room with a coffee machine as we had an early start next day… but there was no milk in the fridge. For this level of hotel I felt this was pretty miserly.

Great service and comfortable and well located family hotel

Metro station in the basement. Very clean rooms and perfect room service. Very convenient shuttle bus service from airports.

All restaurants are closes at 10 or 11 pm. The same is shuttle buses runs only daytime till 9-30 pm

Staffs are all friendly.

The room is a bit old and got some damage and the room didn’t clean properly.

Great hotel, excellent location, great service. Restaurants in the hotel are good, though expensive.

Nice hotel and good size rooms and near the station

No Halal options in their menu and restaurant. It is an international hotel and it should serve all kind of people so Halal food options should be available.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Tokyo.I was satisfied with the quality and the choice of the breakfast.The room was spacious, modern and equipment provided was of good quality

Great location in a quiet part of Shinjuku and close to the subway; actually connected by an underground tunnel. Staff were fantastic. Concierge floor was great and offered great breakfast and dinner snacks and the first floor breakfast buffet was incredible.

No place in the room to unpack. There was no dresser or luggage stand so you have to get your things off the floor or put your luggage on the furniture. We booked a larger room with a couch which had a low back making it uncomfortable.

Location and friendly staff

Not a 5 star in my opinion..- room was dated and hardly room in the shower, the shower head pointed right at the bath- amenities not working (sauna/etc)- massages were outrageously priced for Asia- tv not a smart tv, count even connect musicOverall not worth $650 per night! I will be looking past Hilton for my next holiday.

Customer service was outstanding. The floor Manager made sure our stay was a good one . Executive lounge and food served up there was excellent. Breakfast was the best we have had at a Hilton hotel We had a junior suite what a beautiful room and outlook on level 8 . Thank you

The only small thing that was know real problem is the hand wash was not checked and filled up in the bathroom . We had to use the shower gel to wash our hands . The toilet could have been cleaner . The tea station needed to be filled up with all tea bags . We ran out of green tea and English breakfast . However everything else was good .
