Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo

The rooms are simple, well designed and very clean. The location can't be beat. The front desk staff and breakfast are great as well. I will be returning.

Location was great and very clean

Not enough shelves space

Highly recommend! The staff are very welcoming and attentive. A huge plus: they stored my bags for 3 days before my check-in so I could explore another city hands-free. Pre-arrival communication was prompt and helpful. Excellent location only 5 minutes from Tokyo Station (Yaesu Central Exit) and the Narita express bus station. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location, walking distance to Tokyo station. The room is very clean, we have everything we need, comfortable beds and pillows. We will come back for sure.

Nothing we don’t like.

Comfortable and clean

Great location and quiet!!!!

The location is near to the Tokyo JR and metro station and Tokyo Bashi station. They are within walking distance in 5 minutes.

Very small room construction pathway and respiring is upstairs

I found the hotel very convenient from Tokyo Station. It was a very nice hotel with complimentary items like face masks, bath salts etc at reception and then different complimentary items in your room. Also liked it had a good range of complimentary tea and snacks at reception. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough for luggage without it getting in our way.

Only had 2 washing machines which was difficult to get especially when guests left their laundry in there after it was finished. Only other minor issue was each time you used the elevator to leave the building it always stopped at reception even when people weren't there. Again minor issue but these were the reasons I didn't give this hotel a 10 instead I would give it 9 to 9.5 rating.

Location

Room too small, no place to hang cloths and set things on

This was our second time staying at the hotel and the service and experience were conistent. The rooms were of decent size for Tokyo and they were very clean. The staff are personable and professional. The location is great as it is just outside Tokyo station and the nearby restaurants have a much more local vibe. We needed this hotel as a an overnight layover to take a morning train to our onward destination and this will be our go to hotel for that purpose. If you wanted to tour the city from here, it fine for that as you can get nearly anywhere from Tokyo station .

NA

The staff is incredibly kind and professional. They welcomed us very warmly when we checked in and were very helpful when I needed to send my luggage to another hotel. The rooms are small as expected for Tokyo, but clean, modern and functional. The location is perfect for a few nights with the immense Tokyo station and Yaechika underground mall a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well laid out. The staff were very helpful. And the location was ideal so close to Tokyo Station.

Very kind & helpful staff. Great amenities assortment of skin care, bath salts, heating patches for your feet after a long day of walking. Very close to Nihombashi metro station which is less intimidating to navigate compared to Tokyo station but also nice to be close by. Cosy area with lots of restaurants. The room was spacious for Japan standards too.

Staff is very friendly, clean and location was convenient

Bed is a box small and hard

Close to train stationSecure

Bathrooms to small. No hooksOnly one place to put a suitcase and there were two of us

Loved the clean space, spacious twin room (for Tokyo!), super comfy beds, PJs, a great shower and the hotel's proximity to Tokyo station (which was what we were after). Plus the fact that our luggage could be kept free of charge for a number of hours after our check out time.

Even though we stayed for only one night, I would have loved a communal or lounge space to sit/work that is available 24/7? and perhaps with a comfy chair or two.

Couple of minutes walk from Tokyo Station. The rooms are clean and spacious compared to APA chain of hotels. We were pleasantly surprised with the available space. Walking distance to Takashimaya as well! The front desk also provides free amenities like bath salts, facial masks, moisturizer…etc.

The proximity to Tokyo Station, the availability of microwave and laundry

The pillow is a bit hard

Location is excellent. Close to the Tokyo Station. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Comfortable and very helpful staff.

The entrance is a little hard to find and a little confusing to enter.
