Love The design and the cleanliness of the hotel

Room was spacious. Design and interior materials, linens, amenities in rooms were simple and elegant. One of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in Tokyo. 3-person room was larger than most other rooms in the hotel. Also loved the connection to the Muji store from the hotel lobby. Great location in Tokyo with easy access to Ginza shopping and Tokyo Station, airport bus three short blocks from hotel.

View was ok. Other hotels we’ve stayed in Tokyo have had nicer views. Room rate was a bit high. No onsen or similar spaces to relax.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very nice as well as the afternoon lounge.

The mattress is very uncomfortable. Pillows are too flat. Breakfast selection is very limited.

Everyone was so nice, gave us a complimentary upgrade without us asking and they also gave us a little honeymoon gift!

Rooms could use a little bit of update. The couch was torn and the floors were water stained. Those were the only issues from making this hotel a 10/10.

Great location and Muji aesthetic is amazing!

The hotel staff was rude to us! First time to encounter this type of behavior in Japan. He made our 15yo daughter feel very uncomfortable and she got anxiety over this during our stay at the hotel.

The design is gorgeous and flawless. I felt very much at peace. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets, blankets, pillows, and pajamas were wonderful - felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioning/heat updates instantly when you change the settings, and it's virtually silent.

The room design and location is excellent !!!! What a great concept. I I also like the lavatory outside the bathroom.

Very narrow room which didn’t smell good.

The breakfast was interesting. The bakery bread was the best part.

It was hard to find for my taxi driver. Maybe another towel in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at Muji. The location, amenities (wine and snacks at night), shower pressure, daily room service, and comfortable sleep made it a great first spot as part of our two week honeymoon in Japan.

Only negative is we didn’t find the complimentary pen and paper in the room (if you’re a muji fan you’ll know about these) until our last day. The beds were also very firm.

Difficult for elders to lay and get up from floor bed.Taxi can never locate where we were waiting. Breakfast meal should open early

The bathroom was huge based on Japanese standards.The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. They offered to take our luggages to the room. The staff was very helpful when asked to explain how to get to Narita airport. They offered free tea and noodles to try at the lobby during the afternoon.

Well located and wonderful staff.

It was a bit too pricy for what it was although the room was very large and I’m sure that’s why.

I like the location & atmosphere

I stayed at type D room. I did nit like the layout of the doors at the bathroom and toilet. It bumpd with each other when both doors are open. The shower floor grouts have algae on it as well

Muji does it again! Great design, great staff.

It could've been cleaner. It felt like a really used room - sink and shower drained slowly, used slippers between each guests (shocking for Japan when they love disposable), I even found a few hairs in the bathroom shower.
