I love the proximity to shops, restaurants, and places to go.

The rooms are tiny. Not bad just a personal preference.

Very good location, very nice staffs but the room is that really clean.

We got some dirty splash on bed linen abd a towel was torned.

The hotel was in a great location! Close to the action of shibuya but not directly in a crowded area. I loved that the hotel had restaurants open pretty late. We didn’t eat there while our stay but the food looked and smelled great. I loved that the hotel had a laundry room. I was able to do my laundry before my flight home making my return home so much easier. The staff was friendly and spoke great English.

This Hotel was the smallest hotel of our trip in Japan. And it was the most expensive. A little over 200 a night. We were only here for one night and honestly thank goodness because there was barely space for one suit case let alone too. If you are on an international trip with a large suitcase or traveling with someone I would consider other hotels or consider getting two rooms. I would imagine this hotel would be great for business travel or a couple who is already living in Japan who isn’t bringing so much luggage.

Great location next to Shibuya Station. Also the coffee shop and bar area are very cool and a great place to start you day and nights.

Like most Tokyo hotels the rooms are tight.

This hotel is in a great location! Steps away from Shibuya station, it was the perfect place to access the rest of Tokyo by transit. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighbourhood on foot and there are many restaurant options nearby. The room was clean and had all the amenities, the staff were kind and helpful, and the restaurant at the hotel was great.

We had a great stay overall! The room was a bit small for the two of us and all our stuff, but we made it work for two nights.

Location is good - very close to everything Shibuya, but in a quieter area.

Shower was a bit hard to use.

Very clean hotel and rooms. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to the large corner king room and the bed was the best bed we had in Tokyo! The location is absolutely perfect. Super walkable in Shibuya and not loud. The bathroom was also very nice and modern.

The size of the room was quite small, but not surprising given the location of the hotel in Tokyo.

Staff were great. Rooms are clean and you can request for a new towels daily. They collect trash/rubbish every morning.

Most rooms are tight for huge luggages.But the location and Pizza restaurant are fire.

Staff was extremely helpful and very polite. The rooms were clean, breakfast from a menu was great and the location was excellent, close to the Shibuya Station and its surroundings. While the rooms were very small, a cattle and a few tea bags, a hairdryer etc. were there. Bathrooms were clean with super modern heated toilets with bidet showers.

We stayed in two identical double rooms that were extremely small, to the point when it was impossible to open a suitcase inside the room without throwing it on top of the bed. No tables, no chairs, just a very narrow and short hallway and the bed (from wall to wall). There were no cupboards, just a few hangers. A wall fridge was so narrow that I couldn't close it after placing my yogurt inside. I would recommend it for a single traveller, not for a couple.

We stayed in the quadruple room, which was small but had everything we needed. The best was the location, very central and convenient near the Shibuya Station. Breakfast was a nice selection of the menu in a restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby. Staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Heated toilets with a bidet shower.

The room was small, there was no chair, no cupboards, just a few hangers. The fridge was a very narrow box on the wall that wouldn't close after I placed my yogurt in it.

Great location! Walking distance to Shibuya crossing. Restaurant in the hotel and nearby. Room was smaller than what we’re used to in the states but I hear that’s the norm. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Location and the staff are great

The room was quite small as compared to other hotels that I have stayed in.

The location is excellent and there is a great coffee shop and bar underneath. These are separate to the hotel. Location is highly walkable and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately I have to keep writing but I have run out of good things to say. The unique use of space where the bed was 50% of the room was kind of cool I guess

This is not a cheap hotel. The rooms are very small, even for Tokyo. I physically didn't fit comfortably lengthways in the bed as it is sandwiched between two walls. The bed was futon style and not very comfortable. The hallway area was unusual. It seems my floor was a stormwater drain. Some rope light was hanging. I think it was broken and not an attempt at architecture.

Great location and very friendly staff. Our room was very nice. We had a slight issue with our first room and the staff quickly put us in a new room. They handled it very well.

The location was amazing!

There was no where to hang towels to dry and the room and bathroom were already small with no extra spots to try to hang towels

Location was amazing. Very easy to get to train station and right into downtown Shibuya
