Very clean, great location, and surprisingly quiet. Housekeeping replaced fresh towels and slippers daily — even on a day we said no room cleaning was needed.

Only one pillow was provided, and it was a bit too soft/low for my preference.

The washing machine. It was fully used at night so we had to wait in the morning, took longer than expected and the laundry wasn’t even dried.

Clean, quiet. Our bathroom was big, there was a bath and a shower area. Also, the breakfast was well made.

The elevator can get very congested during breakfast time or if there are large groups checking in/out.

The location was great, walking distance to most things we wanted to do, train and lots of great restaurants and 7-elevens close by. Loved the toiletries and selection of other guest amenities available at reception.

The location was perfect. There were a lot of restaurants and konbinis around the hotel. I appreciate the fact that there were laundry machines in this hotel so I was able to wash some of my clothes. I also liked the fact that you can see the status of the machines from the TV. The rooms were very roomy and spacious. And the staff were pretty attentive.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. They were hard. l had a neck pain every morning when I wake up.

Good location, amenities provided, disposable towels provided, kettle in the room (however 100% plastic that is not too common those days).

Reception service poor - poor English so they avoided to talk to you and in fact the most helpful was the man that communicated with me by "translator". First I checked early in the morning and they refused me breakfast (around 7 a.m.) they claim they have too many people,. Then iI asked to include breakfast for next day and the receptionist asked me to come late for breakfast next day as early they have too many people. Then I came 9.30 (breakfast till 10.00) they told me that they just finished service so I cannot order anything - that was not communicated earlier. Secondly, I asked for the converter for my computer - the answer was that hey do not provide that to customers and that I should find a shop to buy it for myself. Thirdly, on check out in the morning I asked if I can leave my luggage till the evening - they agreed but the guy was not helpful and when asked for a taxi (I was in a hurry to get my train to Nikko) he explain that I should go and catch in on the street (quite difficult in the morning). When I came back in the evening I asked for the taxi taxi again and I understood why the guy was reluctant to order a taxi for me - the hotel is charging additional money for ordering a taxi for you .. Overall quite a weird service standards as I suppose that this is a procedure not people...

I never seem to have great luck when choosing a hotel in Tokyo. This one was perfect, and I’ll definitely visit again! For the price, the room is perfect, spacious for a small one, and big bed for solo person. The bathroom is nice too, with a big enough shower to fit. I was very pleased with this hotel. The location is nice too, within 10 minutes of Tokyo station, which was why I chose in the first place.

Location was convenient. Staff was accommodating.

There was no air conditioning in the hallway. Not a good feeling to sweat right away during the summer season when you just in the hallway of your hotel.

Rooms while big for Tokyo still are a squeeze, also no cot for children.

Comfortable city hotel in nice part of Tokyo. 5 mins to nearest metro station and well placed to visit old and new parts of city.

This was a good, clean, simple hotel room for the price. The room was very clean and had nice amenities. Good for one or two travelers!

I wish it was closer to the train station. Additionally, the room was a bit small (not smaller than the typical Japanese hotel room) but I wish we had a bit more room in the room. Also, the hotel shampoo and conditioner had an odd, off-putting smell.

A great location near metro stations, but far enough that it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful also and despite what is said about Tokyo room sizes, we found ours adequate (standard double).
