Location,Spacious and the facilities are sufficient enough for value.

Wish there were more staffs at busy time around check-in, it’s just sad to see many people waiting at the lobby while there’s only one staff at the counter and the room wasn’t even ready.

Charged extra for early check in. I requested early check in when first booking and they said request denied. But when I turned up they told me on the spot I could check in early but would need to pay a substantial amount. I paid it, but they could of just let me in the room early for free. Apart from this everything was fine

Location is great, although not directly next to metro. The WiFi was good, cleaning once in two days (new sheets and towels)

The air conditioner grill was dirty, chair almost broken, there was some mold in the bathroom.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, big enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. Also, the amenities were good, we could even use the coin washing machine and dryer. The shower and toilet where in the same room, which made the bathroom very spacious. Just 10 minutes walk from Tsukiji subway station and 20 from Kyoto station. Very recommended!

It's a quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It's also 30 minutes from Disneyland and Ginza. The washing machine and microwave.

There was a hole in the door, the TV was falling off the wall barely hanging and dusty. The air conditioning was dusty as well. The room is very small and the walls are thin.

Well I shouldn't complain about the size of the room since this is central Tokyo, only microwave is available in the lobby

The room is tight with no extra space for bags and stuff. It was quite cold and there is no AC to heat it up a bit, only air ventilation.

The hotel is in a good location relatively close to metro stations, facilities in the hotel were great the washing machine was very useful and drier, room was small but comfortable

This is a typically clean and comfortable Japanese business hotel in a great Ginza location.

The location was close to a station as well as a 20in walk to Tokyo Station. This is useful. It was quiet and comfortable.

It was not great value for money. One pillow, no water, no plug by bed. I spent almost £100 on one night. It was very hot, but to be fair the receptionest did turn the AC in for me.

Beds were hard and space was a bit too cramped for 2 beds- shower temperature stayed same regardless of turning hot or cold knobs

Room wa sufficient for our trip. Bed was a bit small, but did the job. For some reason the bed is on wheels and does not feel very sturdy. Hotel was clean, had a dryer and laundry machine in the lobby as well as a microwave. Shower and toilet were seperate which is a bonus. Location is good, close to metro station or Ginza district.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, and we really liked the shower. It is hard to find a shower that you can easily step into while traveling in Tokyo. That was the main reason we chose this hotel, due to traveling with my elderly mom. We were pleased!

booking said they would issue a japan tax receipt, hotel said no money no receipt! ask booking! booking said it’s from the hotel.you kneed to get your shit straight!

Small room. No wardrobe to stash some clothes or baggage

I liked the privacy, the size of the bathroom and television in the room

There was dust under the bed, over the bed from the vent, there was mold in the shower. Space was very small. When we were leaving the room, the hall was so narrow that everywhere the cleaning person put all the linen and trash was getting caught on our luggage as we walked to the elevator.
