Very small room. Nowhere to store luggage.

Old fish market right across the street. Typical small rooms. Very clean.

Could use a few more hangers

Good location. Clean bathroom, heat regulation in the room, nice and clean linen. Good choice of breakfast food. The hotel allowed to keep our big suitcases while we were traveling to the other cities of Japan.

The locker in the room did not work.

The bathroom sink stinks. It omits a foul odor. We booked for 4 pax in a room. But there were only 2 towels, 2 slippers etc.

Traveled as family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Room was small, but they provided us 4 twin beds which worked out great. Breakfast was great with western and Japanese food available.

Good location. Very close to Tsukiji market and walking distance to Ginza strip.

We stayed for 6D/5N and room cleaning was only done once during our entire stay. They said that this is the standard cleaning schedule.Very small rooms, breakfast could be better and distant from train stations.

Great location easy to go anywhere in Tokyo, friendly and helpful staff.

Room cleanup has to be asked for manually, but they forgot once or twice so that's the only thing.

Room was tiny just the bedroom no soaces

The breakfast was enjoyable with a nice selection of items that started our day well. Although the hotel is a short walk from the station, it’s located in a relatively quiet area.

The room was quite small and didn’t offer much space to move around. The service at reception could be improved—when we arrived a few hours before check-in and requested to store our luggage, the receptionist was not friendly, which left a negative first impression

Area was good, near fish market and convenience stores and i liked the shower only - no tub bathroom.

Bedding was feathered and I’m allergic to feather bedding. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Front desk didn’t understand “feathered bedding” and apparently didn’t have other alternatives.

Limited time for breakfast

I loved the location. The room is super spacious for our family. Plus there is an ice cream (from hokkaido ❤️) vending machine. Will definitely stay here again

The receptionist needs to smile more and be patient
