I like the area which doesn’t have a lot of hotels. Amazing staff. Laundry and kitchen are such a bonus - especially with kids. Very good storage. Also got lucky with great tokyo tower view. They were very clean as well.

Clean, well equipped, excellent location and good service
Not much
Good location, loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff was a mixed bag - some were very helpful and others were less so. Checking in was more difficult than necessary because of the need to sign up for a membership for early check in. Also, housekeeping was irregular.
Room had everything you could want. Kitchenette, washer/dryer, microwave, stovetop, huge smart TV. Short walk to subway. Several convenience stores nearby. Big wine shop and deli across the street. And some nice cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Staff were so nice and helpful. Great place to stay.
Nothing. Maybe bed could be a bit bigger but it’s Tokyo.
location and staff attitude was terrific. very convenient to have washing machines and mini kitchen in room. relatively spacious bathroom.
Cleanliness, facilities, everything nearby. There is a plaza mall near it a 10 minuet walk.
I don't hate it at all, this is a very convenient hotel. I booked late so the bigger rooms weren't available but it was a good value for good facilities.
Very quiet room with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. Convenient access to Azabu Juban Station. The ice tray in the freezer!
I wish the water were hotter in the shower/tub. Set the water temp to 45 (max) and it still was not hot enough for a proper bath. Otherwise lovely!
Expensive for what it is with bare minimum service. I would not come again. The noise isolation is not great, which means that you can hear the busy street in front of the hotel all the time. The room is tight. There are no vending machines, checkin took almost 40 minutes because of the staff keep making mistakes. I got food poisoning during my stay and hotel staff wouldn't even get me some water or something - no support other than "late checkout if you sign in for the rewards program" While the place is clean and modern, the price is absolutely not matching the value.
Terrific location next to train station in a boutique neighbourhood. Staff were very accommodating changing a booking at the last minute. Very comfortable stay.

The staff and hotel are AMAZING! The staff are super sweet and we're very helpful to get us cabs or provide us with luggage scales to borrow to check on our airline weight restrictions. They also can speak English if needed but are also patient for those that can speak Japanese kind of. The location is perfect because it is a 5 minute walk to Azabu-Juuban Station. The hotel itself is clean, has a great little cafe downstairs (where they have vinyl listening stations and you can buy vinyls as well, also great donuts and coffee specials), has in-room washer-dryer (note: unlike a lot of washer-dryers in other hotels in Japan, this one actually dries your clothes and doesn't require you to hang it for air drying), has a kitchenette, and spacious rooms. The beds are firm but soft and comfortable. The pillows are soft. They have a bathtub with a button to auto fill it. Every appliance has a QR code with a link to an English manual on how to use it. And the best part - the view! The view from the rooms are all of Tokyo Tower, and I am in love. Gives you all the Sailor Moon neighborhood vibes you were looking for.
Nothing. All stars for me.
The view from the hotel cannot be beat. I literally had a straight on view from my window/balcony of Tokyo Tower. If you are a Sailor Moon fan, you are 5 minutes walk away from sites that the creator would reference in her work. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but also you're a 5 minute walk from the train to get to other places. They offer you a 500 yen card to use at the local convenience stores as a courtesy if you decide to opt out a day or two from cleaning (don't worry - they still provide you with clean towels if you ask for them). Monday through Friday, you can save money by eating their continental breakfast (small selection of cereal, a croissant, two types of bread rolls with assorted jams, miso soup, juice bar, coffee bar, onigiri) from like 7 AM to 10 AM. They have a washer-dryer in unit! You also have a steamer which is not always available at hotels. The room is sizeable and they also have the bath device that you just tell it how much water and what temp to put in and it does it for you while you do other things. Great bilingual staff and they will call cabs for you. They also will send and accept Yamato luggage deliveries - they even put it in your room before you check in, which is so nice to not lug around.
Nothing really. It was such an amazing experience!
I loved all the amenities in the room. Having a small kitchen area and washer/dryer was so helpful. The location of this hotel was excellent. It's quiet but right by all the great places in Azabu Juban and Roppongi Hills that we love. Great and helpful staff.
I didn't like being asked to sign up for the app (which took way longer than anticipated) right after a LONG flight. The UX/UI is not great. It would have been better if I was given the option to do so before I checked in along with the incentives in order to do it then.
Cleanliness top notch
Not much facilities. There is no kids indoor playground, no pool or onsen… would be good to have those.
Very close to subway station made getting all over Tokyo very easy. Breakfast was only offered mid-week and was light with just a few pastries and drinks etc. but it was enough. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Kitchenette was great and with grocery stores across the street made eating in an easy option. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops etc. all within an easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here if visiting Tokyo again.
Very limited TV channels in English, but not that important. Would have liked a few other options for breakfast.
Excellent apartment for those who like to live in their own apartment. I always choose the Oakwood chain.
The Oakwood chain has a hotel that has several wardrobes and an ironing board and vacuum cleaner in the room. This is missing here.
Room size is regular for Japanese hotels. Washing machine with dryer functionality is top notch for long stay.
