There is no elevator, we have heavy suitcases and we are on the 3rd floor, we have knee pain. If there is elevator it would have been perfect!!!!

Great location and price! spacious compared to most tokyo accomodations

Unfortunately we were all quite tall so the bunk bed situation is tough haha getting in and out of it without hitting my head of part of my body was near impossible haha but thats on my clumsiness - just a warning to tall people to be mindful

Such a great home base for Tokyo for a family! Close to the train station, but in a quiet residential area that was close to restaurants and 7/11. Great size for a family with comfortable beds.

Great for its price. Location is a 10 minute walk from metro and bus. Bed was pretty comfy. Spacious area. I like that there was an area for suitcases.

Located in a quiet area not too far from a station and a 7/11 right nearby the rooms seemed relatively noise proof and the 4 of us had a great stay the beds where clean lots of towels and a great location to explore Tokyo from

Check out at 10:00 and no luggage storage is something to keep in mind Washing machine only and hang drying inside was not very effective unfortunately

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the subway station, making it convenient and easy to find for both visitors and daily commuters alike.

The room was smaller than expected. There’s a washing machine but no dryer. The kitchen has a knife but no cups or mugs. The bathroom basin had buildup and a slight smell. Overall, definitely not worth the price.

Very convenient place to stay with the family, well communicated and good location! There’s no staff but the communication with the team to check in was great , and they facilitated to leave the luggage earlier.

The cutlery and some kitchen utensils, or to clean was tight. We were there for 5 nights and there was no maintenance so it would had been nice to have something to keep it clean.

Space and facilities were good

We asked for a late check out (11:00am or 12:00) and first they said they were full and couldn’t accommodate us, gave us a few excuses, asked for 3,500 yen per hour extra and then told us not to stay.

Clean, comfortable. Extra towels Heating, East checkin Close to 7 eleven and train station. Laundromat also close by .

It had a laundry, staff were very helpful and replied fast even via email and late at night

Its a perfect hotel thats affordable in shinjuku area, its a great hotel with proper room cleaning, plenty towels and clean rooms

only exception is that if your room is 3rd floor you need to bring your luggage up the stairs as there is no lift

Value for money

It’s too small and the steps are very steep and narrow, without lift, you need to carry all your luggage up.

Horrible pillows, had neck pain 3 days out of 4 and the hair drayer wasn’t in great shape

Great location on a quiet road but close to shops and restaurants. Comfy beds and a decent amount of space, great shower

Bit tricky to find initially

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The space was really small and the staircase is very narrow so if you have big suitcase or multiple suitcase, then it would be a hassle.

Great location, enough room in apartment for a family. Water pressure in showers is amazing

The pillows... these were like bricks.... had really poor sleep and stiff necks unfortunately

The room was very small but clean and well equipped, washing machine with the tumble dryer, a microwave and a fridge freezer. The shower room was a good size.

The room was too small for three people. There was no room to walk about or to sit down to have a meal. Train station was 10-15min walk away.

Great location. Well equipped even though compact. Large balcony (table and chairs would be nice). Washing machine very welcomed. Amazing shower.

No lift and narrow staircase. We were staying on top floor (3rd) and it was difficult taking bags up stairs.Pillows were not good - hard as a rock.
