The location and amenities were excellent.

It took a long time for the elevator to arrive during peak hours.

The location, the amenities, the room and very comfortable bed.

Breakfast can offer more variety in its western style - specifically for vegetarians.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is just a short walk from JR stations and subways.

Some staff members could benefit from stronger English communication skills to help ensure smoother and more pleasant interactions.

Good location close to public transportation. Many restaurants to choose from in the immediate area. Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.

Great location, small but not Tokyo tiny sized room with Queen bed that you can get up from on both sides. A/C was super cold and under your independent control even in November. Decent breakfast buffet. Small building, but 2 elevators. I was initially skeptical of the our room being the only one next to elevators and above the laundry and vending machines, but I heard neither in 4 days and nights. 11 AM checkout vs 10 AM elsewhere we stayed. One more bonus of the queen bed was it was high enough and they encourage you to store luggage under it. Putting a few of the pieces of luggage under the bed and sliding them in and out like drawers opened up a lot of space in a typical Tokyo small room making it less small.

    No issues.

The location is very convenient! Close to daimon station and many food choices around. Staff were so friendly and understanding and were able to accomodate us the best to their abilities. Room and hotel was very clean.

The rooms are small but of course it's very common in Japan and for the price you get what you paid for. Me and my partner got used to it eventually so it wasn't a huge problem to us until we had six suitcases. If you need anything extra beside towels, you have to go down to the front desk yourself to get it but that wasn't a big problem as the staff were friendly. The washer and dryer, they only have three and our clothes never dried and our room was to small to hang all of our clothes. Beds were very stiff at least for me but my partner didn't mind at all.

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Focused on travelers. Great location. It is a good value.

By western standards, it is spartan and small. By japanese standards the rooms arelarger than most.

High floor rooms, interconnecting rooms could fit my family, breakfast included

Rooms were right outside lift, room with double bed very small, small toilets like airplane toilet, for the price, didn't seem of value especially since everything needed to be diy like collecting amenities and even when requesting for additional pillows. Breakfast was OK but lack of fresh fruits.

Clean hotel, everything went great, very helpful staff. They have absolutely everything that you might need in a hotel room, we stayed for one week and enjoyed every day.

    Nothing to say here

Great location with two stations very close by! Very nice staff with good amenities.

Room was a little on the smaller side.

    8Anna J.Posted on: 5-4-2025

The location was near 2 train stations so getting around was super easy. That includes arriving from the airport! There was a grocery store nearby, lots of food spots, 7eleven, Family mart, etc. my room luckily had a view of Tokyo tower which was cool! I liked the 2nd floor which had vending machines, high tech washing and drying machine, and microwave! Also they transferred my luggage to my Kyoto hotel efficiently. Staff were very helpful. Rooms overall clean. I would stay here again (:

It was a little dusty when we arrived. I left a note for housekeeping to dust the bed board, tv, and the vent since I was getting allergies from it. Some dusty areas were cleaned, but there were still some dust stuck in the vent and behind the beds. It was enough to where my allergies weren’t bad though so I didn’t mind to ask again.

    Everything was fine

The fire alarm was activated, we were scared at the moment, the hotel didn’t have information in English, even knowing that in a hotel many people would probably won’t be able to speak Japanese. Didn’t get a compensation for that matter and the scared we’ve got, because it was a false alarm. That day it was raining, we got out in the emergency stairwell only in pj's and I got a cold.

Really nice place with easy access to trains and shops. Staff were friendly and the place was very clean.

We loved the location of this property; it was so easy to access public transit. The rooms were clean, simple and eco-friendly.

There was construction in a building across the street. The breakfast room can be quite busy- go early!

Very accessible, clean and comfortable. I’d recommend for couples that they select a twin room as the bed is not ideal for two people. A selection of softer or less structured pillows as some were too firm.

    9JoannePosted on: 1-31-2025

Close to Tokyo tower, easy to get from nearby station to the airport (direct line)

We had connecting rooms and the kids room with the two single beds was substantially bigger than the parents room. Had extra pillows, an extra chair etc. wasn’t really a problem for one night, and the kids loved it.

    8Victoria W.Posted on: 1-30-2025

Its 5 mins to Oedo Line Daimon Station and 8 mins to Hamamatscho JR Station (which has direct connection Monorail to Haneda Airport) Business district with plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants. We booked Double which is a big bigger than most Tokyo small hotels.

The pictures seem to indicate complimentary drinks but we did not see any nor were we informed of any.
