Huge room compared to what you normally get in Tokyo. Great to have a full kitchen & a washer/dryer. Right across the street from a grocery store. Close to the metro. Would stay here again.

Good experience. Snug but room enough for family of 4. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. Convenience store next door. Staff is very helpful even though they don't speak English, they can communicate electronically. Stayed again on our next time thru

The controls for the AC and Washer/Dryer are in Japanese characters. It would be helpful if they had an English guide.

They have a kitchen. The room is quite spacey. They have cutlery like chopsticks. A big refrigerator than other hotels.

The pillows… they are way too soft that hurts your neck all day long. Also their towels, they can’t even soak the water up. The room is also really tight as in the air, so you need it open the window, if you want fresh air.

That is a good experience staying in this hotel. It has full facilities (a small pantry and a washing machine) and a warm bathroom. The staff are also friendly and can speak English well.Location is very good, near the train station and many convenience stores.Will consider staying again on our next trip to Japan.

It's a 19 min walk to the shopping area and 24 mins to Tsukiji market.

It’s about a 10-15min walk from Ginza proper. Ten min to Starbucks Reserve. Quite residential street.

The tatami seating area was great. The room was spacious. The kitchennette was well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and residential and one subway stop away from Ginza.

The 6 digit code for the door and a separate 6 digit code for the elevator was a hassle.

The room was nice and larger than the typical Tokyo hotel rooms. Slept 4 adults/teens fine using the bunk beds too(albeit a little cramped). Lobby staff were helpful and had travel goods available too. Short walk to two train stations. The little grocery store across the street was really convenient and there were some good restaurants in the area.

We couldn’t get the washer/dryer to work properly. Had a similar model at a different place we had stayed at that worked fine so I don’t think it was user error. Ended up having to go to a laundromat about 10 min away.

Love this property and where it's located! Walkable to Tsukiji outer markets, Ginza shopping district and at least 3 if not more train stations! Stayed here 2 separate occasions during our trip and would def come back again! Staff were all so patient with our kids, teaching them how to make origami and even gave them a bunch of paper to practice with. got nothing bad to say about this place!!

Good location with multiple subway stations nearby. Tidy and well-appointed rooms with all the amenities you need and would expect.Convenience store across the street and a bigger market a block away, plus a number of good restaurants 2-5 minutes walk.

The room was a bit poorly laid out, and there was minimal room for a case to open. There are only two chairs, so the table has to be against the bunk bed/seat to be effective. The elevator and room have 6-digit codes to enter/use. It's a crap system that relies on you either having the code written down or getting your phone out each time you arrive. It seems trivial now, but wait till you're returning with your shopping or groceries and have to go into your phone again....

Great Location, the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of 4 with teenagers, easy access to several train stations, restaurants and convivence stores. the staff were very friendly and helpful . I would recommend this property

Close to trains, friendly staff.

The apartment was too small for five people (three adults and two children). The floor area was very small so there was no space to place luggage which ended up in various corners of the room. Ten nights in such a small space was very uncomfortable.

The reception staff was the most welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered. They seemed genuine and friendly. It’s always nice to see a staff that is welcoming. They were extremely helpful when one of my uber eats wasn’t completely delivered. They called the restaurant on my behalf and helped immensely. I will stay at this hotel again on the future. I would advise though on maybe getting softer beds and pillows. I like a firm bed but this was too firm and pillows should be soft.

This was a great hotel for our family of five (kids ages 18, 15, and 12). It was not in the middle of the "action," but very close to transportation. In addition, many convenience stores close by!

love the space enough space for a family of 4 to move around, we have 4 large , 4 small luggages and 1 wheel chair that able. very convenient to grocery and 7/11 . i booked this place bec its 2 blocks away fromthe international hospital , just in case for emergency. 13 min walk from tsukiji market , and another 13 min walk to ginza from tsukiji . place is a functional apartment complete from. kitchen utensils to washing machine , laundry hangers . i love the bathroom space compared to regular japanese bathrooms . highly recommend this place especially for families
