Helpful staff, great location walkable to countless restaurants and shops, extremely quiet, our room had a great view of the Tokyo sky tower, very clean. Breakfast cafe very nice next door. Each room has a washer/ dryer with free detergent provided.

I loved:- The perfect location in the Asakusa district near the temple, grocery store "Don Quijote", restaurants, and a subway station.- The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting me with multiple requests, including luggage delivery to Kyoto, facilitating our stay in Japan.- The size of the room was very comfortable, with a dedicated space for the kitchen and the living room with a dining table (functional to catch up on email). We had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

There is no option for breakfast at the property but limitless options near the hotel and a kitchen to make your own breakfast.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire two-week trip to Japan. It was well-located, just minutes from Senso-ji Temple, with two subway lines within walking distance, a huge Don Quijote right next door, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had an in-unit washer/dryer combo that saved us so much time. Our room was large by Japanese standards, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was a decent size. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

The location suited us perfectly. The room was spotless and the cutlery, crockery, and washer/drier were much appreciated. The staff were lovely. Professional and also friendly.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Laundry in the unit is very helpful. Local restaurants and dining/shopping options. This was my second time staying there and will do it again. Cannot recommend more.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE LOCATION with so much food and shopping nearby. Easy train line just three blocks away!

It was an e-cigarette room that smelled like smoke but was the only room left. I don't blame the hotel for that.

I cannot recommend this place more. The neighborhood was Just wonderful, the staff is amazing and if you get the top floor the views are even better. I think it's perfect for anyone that doesn't want to be directly in the hustle and bustle but still close enough. You can join in the fun.

Convenient location to subway as well as the Asakusa line express to Narita. The hotel was very close to Sensoji, Nakamise street, Kappabashi dori and tons of food options, bars and shopping. We were lucky to get room with view of Tokyo Skytree and the top of sensoji. The apartment kitchen and sleeping area were spacious. Rooms were clean and nonsmoking. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Nespresso machine was an added bonus.

We wished hotel had a daily trash and towel exchange rather than all or nothing house cleaning. I wished that the hotel would have provided the facial lotions/cleaners packets like other hotels.

Amazing room and location - so close to so many things. Very generously sized room, good laundry machine, felt very clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and helpful and provided more laundry detergent upon request.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had plenty of room. Location was amazing to hit all the important attractions. Plenty of great food options in the area and very easy public transportation for day trips.

No problems at all with the property or staff

Spacious apartment for Tokyo standards, including a fully equipped kitchen and a wardrobe room. The property staff provided a cot and a high chair for our child, which made our stay at the property much more comfortable. The property staff was also very helpful and friendly. We had a great view from our window. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of Asakusa, few minutes by foot from Senso-ji. I'd definitely recommend this property! Very clean, modern furniture.

No restaurant in the hotel, but not a big deal as there's plenty of options nearby.

The location is perfect. Easy access to the subway system. Shopping in the entire area with restaurants everywhere. Senso -Ji temple within walking distance and a Starbucks 5 minutes away.The room had a kitchenette which we did not use, but the hair dryer came in handy. A large king size bed & pillows were very comfortable. The large shower was nice. Staff at the front desk spoke English well and were knowledgeable in the area. You can't get lost. A huge Don Quioxte store was just up the street!

Everything. The staff, housekeepers, facilities, room, internet speed, ameneties, and location. I always choose B:Conte whenever I travel to Tokyo.
