HOTEL MYSTAYS Kiyosumi shirakawa

The cleanliness and location , very near to train station

No breakfast included option

Very nice stuff, clean room, good location, reasonable price.

HOTEL:We were recommended this hotel by a family member. The room was comfortable and clean. There were complimentary bathroom accessories available eg. toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.The location is quiet and close enough to the train station for getting around easily. It was also close to the river if you like to take walks along the river.Staff were friendly, and the laundry facilities in the hotel was handy.LOCAL CAFE:The hotel is on the same street as an AMAZING cafe called IKI which has a warm and cozy vibe. The food is delicious! The coffee and matcha is amazing!! We visited the cafe multiple times during our stay cos it was soooo good! (They have one small cafe on the same street and then a larger cafe about 400m away (5 mins walk) close to the river. It's a hidden gem, but a 'must visit' cafe. There was also a McDonalds at the end of the street and multiple convenience stores nearby.

The hallway on our floor smelt a little musty so I'm guessing the carpets could do with a regular shampoo and clean to get rid of the smell. (Note: Our room was fine, it just seemed to be the hallway.)The room didn't have a clothes iron, you had go down to reception to get one for a timed period before returning it.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of a metro station , the staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean and modern.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and decided to come back. Everything was good again. The only small downside is that check-in is strictly from 3 PM. It’s not a big issue though, you can easily spend some time walking around the area. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d happily stay here again.

If it were possible to check in a bit earlier, it would be ideal.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Nice deep soaking tub. Located in a quiet neighborhood, still walking distance from a Family mart and a train station.

The elevator was small and closed to too quickly. It was closing on me a few times as I tried to load my luggage into the elevator

Good location, nice rooms, spacious, quiet location

Not accesible, Has 3 steps to the loby.Quite poor cleanniness and maintenance

Located in nice quiet residential area with everthing within distance. Definetely will come back here again.Hotel also having luggage service to transfer it to airport. The best ?

It is well situated close to 2 train stations.

The room smells like either cigarette or old or both combined even wis not a smoking room. The shower curtain smells bad.

This is a good hotel overall. Quiet neighborhood, rooms are spacious and nice. We enjoy our stay. Lots of food options around, with 2 train station that are 9-10 mins walk from the hotel. We will surely comeback when we visit Tokyo again.

Very spacious room equipped with everything needed for the perfect stay in Tokyo. 9-10 mins walk to subway stations. The staff was very helpful and kind. They let us keep the luggage at the hotel for a few more hours after checking out.

The location is not very close to the center, but it is well connected with the subway so for the price it was good :)

Good location with about 9-10min walk to the nearest subway stationRoom was clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities The staff was polite and helpful and agree to keep our bags even after check out

Family room as this is hard to find in Tokyo.

The sealant edges in the bathroom were moldy and the bathroom could use a renovation.

Convenient location. Squeaky clean

Wi Fi signle is not strong. Mattresses & pillows are not comfortable

It's a very cosy hotel. And there are metro stations close by. There is no hustle and bustle and you can walk around in the evening, there are also bars and delicious local food.

The location is amazing. Quiet and close to the city.

The room size is super small. We could hardly move. The bathroom fan didn’t really work so it fogged up the whole room after each use.

Location is great, 7 min walks from Kiyosumi Station exit. Easy to find this hotel. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Coffee shop a few doors away.

Room was clean and area was quiet. Great ramen restaurants nearby as well.

Very big rooms, had microwave and a small kitchen. Very close to two different train stations and had lots of convenience stores and little restaurant within walking distance. Room was clean and staff was quite nice.

the room space are spacious, the facility are complete and functioned well.

the bed size for double is smaller than usual. I should booked 2 single bed for a comfort bed time ?
