Rooms very small but like any other APA. So you know from the beginning what to expect.

Location!! The hotel is basically on the Togoshi Ginza Shopping street so it’s very easy to walk to many shops, cafes or restaurants.

Rooms felt extremely small but the property was well maintained.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful - also spoke some English which was great.

I did not indulge in the breakfast, but my favorite thing about the hotel was how close it was to the Togoshi-ginza station, which allowed me to quickly go to places on my itinerary!

I think the hotel was fine in every regard, the check-in and check-out processes were extremely well-managed and streamlined!

I've stayed in APAs before throughout Japan but I just loved this one! First of all, I loved the location. It was close to many different metro lines making it easy to get around to all the tourist sights! Even though it was conveniently located, it was less crowded and touristy, giving you a more authentic feel of Tokyo. Everything you needed was close by, and lots of great shops! The room was also decently sized, bigger than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again! :D

It was in a nice neighborhood. There was a direct line from the airport. It was very accessible. The staff were accommodating.

This hotel had everything you could wish for. AC, fridge, toiletries, and a great location near 7/11 and Family Mart. Lots of restaurants right outside on the street. Sure, the room is small, but for the price, it’s worth it! We bought our own breakfast and always walked about 20 minutes to Osaki Station, which takes you directly to the Yamanote Line. There’s also a closer station if you prefer. Nothing to complain about!

Cleaning wasn’t done every day but every third day, although we did get fresh towels daily. The staff didn’t quite understand when we said the trash bin was full. We didn’t want to leave it outside the room in case the bag leaked. It’s really nothing to fuss about, but such a small room does get dusty and dirty pretty quickly. Overall a very good hotel!

I used to live in Togoshi-Ginza a few years ago and therefore I'm still emotionally bound to that place. To find an APA Hotel made me immediately booking it - fantastic. The location is perfect, it's a new building, the rooms are fresh & clean and super-quiet.

Close to train stations and you have everything you would need in just a short 5 min walk. Staff were very helpful especially with delivering luggage !

These hotels always seem to be in good central locations. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms are tiny, literally can't walk around your room if you have two people and a suitcase.

Super close to togoshi station. And just a few minutes from togoshi ginza station. convenient store around the corner. And lots of food and stores just along the streets. When i comebank to japan i'm definitely gonna stay here again. Staff is helpfull.

I found the location of this hotel to be excellent. It is next to a subway station which is one stop from the Yamanote line, set in a local shopping street that has lots to offer. The room was very clean and a good size.

The location of this Apa Hotel was absolutely great! and as always, I almost have no complaint about this hotel. Really great for solo travellers and also for a quick one night rest from roaming around!

The only thing is there is no washing machine, but there is a nearby coin laundry. Other than that it's within a shotengai (shopping street)so you basically have everything within reach!

It is located along the Togoshi Ginza and the nearest train station is about 100m away.

Breakfast was bad. Japanese breakfast and Western breakfast were just as bad.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean room, and convenient location. Metro station is nearby, as well as another train station, and the street offers many restaurants.
