JR East Hotel Mets Premier Akihabara

Location was on point & assigned room was very clean with modern vibe!

Very responsive with needs and requests. Stuff uses translation software and are effective in communicating in English. Hotel is right in Akihabara, perfect location. Rooms are very quite, never heard anyone over the course of a week.

Right at a major station. Clean. Modern.

Location, amenities, rooms are perfect.

So close to the station! Such convenient location. Room is relatively big considering other hotels of the price range.

Elevators are inefficient (slow, always crowded, need to wait a long time)

Location

The elevators will stop on the second lobby floor every single time you use. Its unnecessary for wasting time and energy.

Location is steps away form the train station

It is very small

It was adjacent to the train station.

Lack of basic hotel services or staff attention. They wouldn’t help make a restaurant reservation. They did not communicate well.

The location of the property is great. You have Akihabara Station next to the hotel making travel around Tokyo very easy.

I wish the hotel had some desks or tables in the lobby to be able work on your laptop.

Location, facility and staff members. The room is good size for me. I loved the deep bath tub.

None!

The location is perfect, next to the station.

I like the amenities for baht, bahtroom, dyson hair dryer.

Great hotel in a fantastic location at entrance of Akihabara Station. Room was very clean with smart TV and fridge. Nice bathroom with tub. Hotel had laundry machines (3rd floor) and a luggage holding area/coffee machine in the lobby.

Room could have been a little bigger. Beds were a little firm.

Amazing location close to Akihabara Station which has great connectivity in Tokyo too.Clean, functional and modern, enjoyed my stay.

No safety box in the room but well, it's Japan and it's a JR hotel, so it's extremely unlikely that something might go missing.

Good breakfast at the restaurant next door with good timing. The room was completely quiet despite overlooking one of the main streets in akihabara. Great train options made getting anywhere easy.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.

The location in Akiba can’t be beat. It has a convenient store attached at the lower level and is right next to the train station.

The room I had overlooked a busy track or the train. While the soundproofing was really well done, it didn’t stop the low/bass of the train going through every 4-5 minutes from 0600-0030 was impossible to ignore or get used to. We actually checked out a day early because it was so intrusive. That being said if your room was on the street side and not the train track side, I’m sure it would be great.

Confy rooms, very small, but well designed with everything needed, available. The space under the bed accommodates the luggage. Excellent location, conveniently placed above a main station. Breakfast voucers that can be used in caffees closeby.

The breakfast is basic, no gym or pool facilities

Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. Nice breakfast selection. Unbeatable location.

Bathroom fixtures were good quality and exceeded our expectations. Foot massager was a nice touch.

Still quite cramped. But they managed to maximize the utility given the tiny space.

The location is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast restaurant is quite good, and it’s an extra bonus that the hotel provides high-quality masks, face lotion, and even bath salts. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, the stay was great, though the desk in the room was a bit small and there was no drawer for storing clothes.
