    Pros +

    • Rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for the whole family.
    • Hotel was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Also located right in front is a park for kids to spend time during downtime of traveling. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was not centrally located to attractions but various train stations were located within 5-15 min walk. Property was also closed by a laundry mat (1min walk), convenience stores and grocery stores with cheap prepared food meals.
    • Perfect place to ground ourselves on our first night in Japan. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around in and the room was fantastically comfortable and well designed.

    Cons -

    • Nothing!
    • I would upgrade my room, for 5 people in the room we are so cramped.
    • There was a slight smell from the bathroom - I think this was from the bathroom being closed

Great stay at Sakura Cross. Hotel is in a quiet part of Tokyo. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and embracing the local vibe. Definitely not a place to stay if you're looking to party, but excellent for families and people who want to experience what it's like to actually live in Tokyo. The rooms are very spacious! Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, they do not do luggage forwarding but can receive your luggage if you give prior notice. We forwarded our luggage using the nearby 7/11. Would stay again!

Very comfortable beds and lots of space for a family of 5! The location is great, a quiet neighborhood, but 10 minutes from 2 train stations making exploring Tokyo easy. Staff was very welcoming.

The location is perfect, I like the area, so local and residential area, not a lot of tourist like us.

I would upgrade my room, for 5 people in the room we are so cramped.

Great location, not far from various train stations, restaurants and convenient stores

There was a slight smell from the bathroom - I think this was from the bathroom being closed

Convenient if needing to accomodate a larger family. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Quiet location.

    No real downsides

This place was perfect for a family of 6 including two 13-year-olds and 7 & 9 year olds. Our room was the entire 2nd floor and there is a kid's playground right in front of the hotel. The neighborhood is mostly residential and business, not very touristy but the local restaurants still will do their best to help you.Fairly close to a subway stop. If you only want to use the JR lines, you can walk 20 minutes to Tokyo Station.

The property is very spacious, suitable for large group and very comfortable as well. The room got cleaned every 3 days, owner also changes towels for everyone. Best Service

The room was very spacious and the beds and bathroom were superb for our family of four with teenage children

We were sorry that we couldn't speak more Japanese but the staff were very helpful!

Great location with a huge room in comparison to other Tokyo accommodations. Check-in can be done at any time using a key code.

There are little to no on site staff to provide support.

Staying in a family room as a group was a lot of fun. The bed was comfortable and quite spacious.

There was only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for the six of us. Additionally, the space in front of the room was quite small, making it difficult to bring luggage in and out.

    10GeorgiePosted on: 1-15-2025

Very spacious room for our family of 4. The room was large by Tokyo standards and the design was very chic with a great use of the space. Check in was easy with an access code sent by email. Nice, quiet neighborhood but only short walk to metro. Some lovely restaurants in the local area too.

    Nothing it was great!

    10KarloPosted on: 1-12-2025

the place is very good for the family of 4 - could easily fit 8 people. Very specious and very tidy/clean

the toilet is quite small so would be struggle if the individual is over 6 foot tall

We loved the location. It was close to the train station and convenient to get to the Disney parks. It was a lovely quiet area which we wanted after our big days of exploring. There were three convenience stores in the block and three laundromats. The facilities were so clean and fit our family of five ( 2 adults, 3 teenagers) very comfortably. Will definitely visit here again.

It was about inconvenient that we couldn’t leave our bags there prior to check in but after seeing the size of the foyer, we completely understood why. We found a baggage storage facility at Tokyo train station instead.

Good location - close to Kayabacho Metro station, not far to most major attractions. Very quiet location. - definitely off the beaten path and not in a high traffic area.
