Pros +
- Very nice hotel, great location next to train station. Very nice professional staff!
- The easy access to supplies you needed, aside from great staff and their service overall was so great while we stayed at the hotel ??? helpful and so nice to everyone, the free coffee machines was so greatl, the fresh towels , pajamas they gave too
- They had so many amenities even a coffee machine, free ice & cooling spray at the front door.
Cons -
- Everything in room is on the ground. I know, it's cultural, but I prefer to have a chair and a table and bed that are not on the ground. For me and my aging body, it just is not comfortable. Other than that, the room was great.
- Bathroom sooooo small but I know in Japan everything is small.
- Male staff was incredibly mean & rude. After I expressed that my friend & I cannot stay in a smokers room / floor due to asthma. They still put us on in the room. The whole night we could not sleep due to the smell and asthma flaring up. Do not recommend

Great location in relationship to the city. Clean, quiet, close to a subway, and laundry on our floor.
There is nothing I liked about this hotel. Probably the only good thing was the hand warmers they had for free at the front desk

Good location for travel in & outside of Tokyo. Loved the Smartphone that came with the room. Enjoyed the free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff always helpful. Loaned us umbrellas when it rained. Safe deposit easy to use. Currency exchange competitive.
Rooms are small but comfortable. Laundry dryer took two cycles to (almost) dry the clothes. Breakfast a bit pricey(but good). Some staff were not that fluent in English.
Rooms are clean, hotel staff are wonderful and can speak english. Quiet area but close to station. Can't complain about anything. Bonus, there is free phone with data that I believe you can take with you when you go out.
Clean, had a concierge and restaurant, great service, friendly staff.
Bed was a bit hard. Not right in Shinjuku but close enough.
I enjoyed the view of Shinjuku from my room and it was quiet
The breakfast was amazing
