APA Hotel Higashi Nihombashi Ekimae

The breakfast is simple not same as the photo shown. Only offer the set of breakfast: one cup of drink, toast, egg, small salad and ham.

Located within steps of the exit of the kinsey line, this was conveniently within 15 mins train of narita airport. Room was basic, clean. A convenience store was next door. Excellent for early morning trips to airpeot.

Some minor noise from hallway guests. Was also in busy 2nd floor (public bath).

We loved that it was easy to check in and out. The location and the amount of stations nearby was great. English speaking staff was very helpful!

There were some parts of our room that looked dirty. For example the bathroom had some mold. And the wall where a/c hit the most had dust build up. We didn¿t mind though because we were there only to sleep.

staff is unhelpful. I went there 9 AM and wanted to change and deposit my luggage. Washroom on 1st Floor is too small. On 2nd Floor there is a bigger washroom and vending machines too. Staff coud have directed me there. Other hotels in Tokyo do. I will not recommend anybody APA hotel.

We stayed 4 different hotels during this trip. This Apa hotel was the highest charge and smallest room. The advertisement didn’t seem small but it was so small that There are no room to open the lagage. And I was able to hear voices from next door. Wish there are a little seating area at lobby. There were no room at all, everyone were standing awkwardly for waiting

Jackhammering throughout the night and until 2AM. Hotel did not email people to tell them of the construction. Moved to Room 701 which is smaller and the walls are full of scratches and marks. Shower curtain smelled bad and water goes through it.

Room is just small, a big no to have a large luggage.

The AC in the room is automatic based on the season/weather/temperature outside - so we were unable to change the mode from Heat to Cool

We liked the breakfast menu. We liked the location. We liked the room we stayed together with the amenities.

It’s close proximity to the important tourist attractions, restaurants and best part was that the direct train to Narita Airport are best things.

Though the rooms are excellent but There is no storage for the baggage.

On our return from the downtown on the second day, we discovered a huge cockroach in the room crawling on the ceiling. The cockroach was the size of a palm. The hotel staff do not speak English. There is no lobby, nowhere to sit.

Clean and neat. Very close to metro station. Easy to communicate with staff.

They did not even supply bottle of water on room. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Room was too small, we couldn’t put out luggage behind door.

It’s very close to the station and really convenient for people who just want to explore, and if they want to head back quickly, they can easily get here right after getting off the station.

There are two of us booked, but there’s only one comfortable chair to sit on. There’s another one, but it’s a foldable type and feels a bit unstable you might even fall off. But the bed, toilet, and the size of the room are all okay.

Not the best APA Hotel in Tokyo in terms of location and room, but great for value and I’ve heard they’re adding an elevator near the hotel to help for carrying luggage in and out of the hotel. Which is good.

The room doesn’t have a coffee machine unlike other APA Hotels.

The location right at the Metro Station, the cleanliness, the easy checkin and checkout process. The Wifi was great.The baggage storage before checkin / after checkout.

There is no lobby to sit down and chill if needed. Only the breakfast bar where you need to order something to sit.

Room was tidy, has good range of amenities incl tea/ coffee. We really enjoyed the little coffee shop downstairs for breakfast.Great location next to the subway.

Great location and value. Having the station and 7/11 right next door made traveling a breeze.

Rooms would be too small for more that one person. The air conditioner made the room quite dusty

We stayed for 3 nights but only 2 bottles of water were supplied, no refill after the first day.
