The location is basically unbeatable with a direct connect via train to both airports and being in the heart of Asakusa. There are a ton of food options around and all mayor attractions in other districts are conveniently reachable by train. The staff is very friendly, the room is compact but has everything you'd want, and the breakfast is nice. I'd chose this place again in a heartbeat.

They don't have a gym.

Very convenient location. 4 min walk to Kaninarimon and Sensoji and 4 min walk from Asakasa train station on the Ginza line. The room is spacious for Tokyo standard. Bed was very comfy.

Staff pleasant but not overly helpful. Competent and efficient but just enough to get the job done. Perhaps just a cultural difference. Location is right opposite Senso-Ji temple so lots of people around by day, deserted at night. This was winter though. Lots of touts pestering everyone - never seen that in Tokyo before.

Close to Asakusa Gate and Subway. Great view from lobby.

Great location, great views of Asakusa neighborhood, comfortable room, helpful staff.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Asakusa, nearby Kaminarimon Gate, surrounding with famous and delicious restaurants (foods and snacks), train station, and local transport Ex, bus, taxi, etc. It is easy to go to Ueno and Tokyo Sky Tree (you could actually see the Tokyo Sky Tree on the 13th floor lobby.

The breakfast is interesting if you stay only 1 or 2 nights but for longer stay may feel boring because their have 4 main dishes along with small buffet. The restaurant has a good view on 13th Floor but quite small. Hotel has only Japanese electric plug with two flat pins, while other hotels at this expense provide the option of international electric plug.

Location was great and rooms were large with comfortable beds

(1) Great Staff, they were very nice and very helpful whenever I interacted with them. (2) Couldn't hear any noise from the adjacent rooms. (3) Very close to Senso -Ji Temple in Asakusa. If the sites here are on the top of your places to see in Japan, this city is Ok but I disagree with the opinion that this is the best city in Japan to stay in because that's simply a matter of personal preference and is very subjective to that particular person.

(1) In my opinion, this hotel was overrated and expensive. For what I paid, I would try another hotel to be honest with you because this particular one was just Ok and nothing special with respects to the room that I stayed in. I've paid less and received more for my money. Excellent job by the marketing team, I must admit. (2) Need to frost the shower door so that people can't completely see inside the shower. (3) The thermostat in my room didn't work the best, but I didn't make an issue of it because I was not in the room that much as I was too busy sightseeing and exploring Japan.

The view was not great. The room was big but not very plesant.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean. Very comfortable! Great location.

Location is excellent with both the Ginza and Asakusa lines within a few blocks, Sensō-ji temple down the street, and the many food and drink options of Hoppy Street nearby. Lobby and bar had a great view of Tokyo Skytree. For Tokyo, the room was a decent size.

The room felt a little dated and could use a refresh. Room was carpeted so while the hard surfaces seemed clean, was quite dusty in general.

The location and the facilities. There’s a roof top in the building from which the view towards the Skytree Tower and the rest of the city is amazing.

The location is in a centrical place near restaurants, subways stations, and touristic places to walk around.
