Love the location, staff, cleanliness

First time staying in a capsule. I should come prepared on preparing my clothes. Going back and forth the locker is time consuming for me.

The bed pod was clean and it was very quiet.

It was extremely hot. I like sleeping in a warm room but it was probably 30C in the room and pod. There was no airflow in the pod. They should lower the temperature in the rooms if the pods don’t have airflow. The shower was clean but the sinks and hair drying area was very dirty. Also there is no soap in the toilet areas in the bedroom.

Quick and easy! The staff are well versed in english and it’s very direct. I stayed here two times throughout my trip because it was $20 a night. The only thing i didn’t like were the inconsiderate ladies making noise and disrespecting the rules whether they were speaking in the pods or unpacking.

I liked the cleanliness and how simple it is for solo travelers regardless of background. I felt safe and unbothered the overall environment is peaceful.

there were guests going back after 12 am and somehow couldn't enter the capsule room so needed to knock and woke up other guests to open,the pillow was too flat for my liking

I liked the location and the staff was great.

I'm not a hostel girlie. I wanted to test it out for the experience but the beds were not comfy but very doable. I had a tall bunk and I'm super short and the steps are so weird to climb down. I literally fell onto the concrete floor hard.

This hotel is located in a convenient area!

Personally, I found the pods to be rather uncomfortable, as well as the walls were paper thin. Someone in my area was snoring and they might as well have just been sleeping in my pod with me.

Nice firm mattress, firm pillow, and it comes with pjs, towels, slippers, and a toothbrush/toothpaste. Amazing water pressure! Much larger capsules than you think they are!

The location was superb. Accessible from both Yamanote line and the subway.

There was only one service elevator for the female pods and the locker storage is only located on the 3rd floor.

The shower and locker areas are located separately from the sleeping space. It can be a little inconvenient, but it helps keep the sleeping area quiet and peaceful(at least for the one night I stayed)

There’s only one elevator for the entire women’s floor, so it can take quite a while to wait. If you forget something, you have to go all the way down and wait again to come back up.That said, I really like how the shower rooms are completely separate from the sleeping area — there are plenty of them, and the facilities are convenient to use.One thing to note is that everyone has to step out after 11 a.m., which might be a bit inconvenient for guests staying multiple nights.

Only one storage floor which is very limited. I mean the only place as your closet, storage should be bigger :)

Clean, great co-working area at the top with views of the Tokyo Tower, the location is quite central if you are traveling for business (as was the case for me). The bed was very comfortable. You also get a free sleep report. The Japanese staff were very pleasant to interact with.

I dropped my luggage in the waiting area before the check-in time, and asked to use the bathroom. The man who escorted me to the bathroom approached me 5 minutes later, saying I need to leave now, because the elevators were under maintenance. I followed him and he let me out from the emergency staircase outside of the building, without showing me how to get back in. I still had my toiletry bag with me. I felt as if I was being kicked out, and I laughed at the situation, as I had never been treated this way at a hospitality establishment before.The man then yelled at me when I was on the street making my way to the entrance, and asked me aggressively why I am laughing, upon which I explained the situation. He then said he is trying to help me, and started arguing with me! He even said this is actually not part of his job, and that he doesn't have to help me. I really couldn't believe what was happening. After a while, I got frustrated, and walked away, and he started *following* me on the street, talking AT me while I was ignoring him.I explained to him when I re-entered the facility (because he was following me) that when he shows someone out in this situation from the emergency staircase without telling them how to get back in or escorting them, most guests would feel as if they were being kicked out. Then I thanked him for trying to help me. I defused the situation, but the encounter was deeply unpleasant, and a horrible intro to the hotel. I never had an experience like this in ANY hostel or hotel I stayed at in my entire life.For management that may be reading this, the staff person is a non-Japanese individual of South Asian descent who was present at the facility around 12–2 PM on November 5, 2025. He was also at the front desk early in the morning on November 6. I understand why he argued with me (because of his cultural background), but he needs to understand he cannot treat guests in this way; he is not in his home country anymore.

It was uncomfortably warm. There was no soap in the toilet room, had to go down the elevator to the shower room to wash hands. The pillow was flat. The luggage room to leave luggage before check-in is just right in the front door, not secured in any way.

The pods got really warm and the pillows were super uncomfortable.

Overall the hotel was great.

The storage amount. Please keep in mind when traveling, don’t bring a lot. The locker is half size and if you need to take cloth at of your luggage be prepared to move out of the way. Since other people staying will be walking by
