Wires Hotel Shinagawa Seaside

Location and the large Japanese style bath

This time was not able to get lager room

The staff were helpful and friendly

It is not near the Seaside. The name is misleading

Very close to the Samezu License Center, around 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient for those who needs to queue up early morning. Room is clean and equip with everything. There is an Aeon shopping center with restaurant nearby, also 7-11 across the street. Mandarin speaking staff is professional and helpful.

Very nice standard, and good value for money. There aren’t many hotels of this class in this part of town. If one doesn’t mind a 10 minute walk to the nearest station (easy and enjoyable), I recommend this quiet residential area.

Very mixed feelings about staff - their communications skills and agency in particular.. The only exception - and here’s a nod to the Management - is Phuy, a gem.My room appeared spotless at first glance until I dropped my earring. Hard to reach areas need thorough cleanup.

Hotel is located quite close to Haneda Airport. The staff were friendly and had a nice breakfast. Room nice and comfortable.

Service and cleanliness

Weak aircon strength and not allowing guests up

The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a coffee shop/restaurant in the lobby. Easy walk to train stations.

The shades did not block out the sun very well. Also, the beds were not very comfortable.

Clean, friendly staff and location near the downtown

Close to station

Clean and friendly staff, with public bath

You have to bell boy to help customer abaut laggage

Hotel is very far to famous locatian

Close stay to the airport, not a great sleep

Really uncomfortable beds. When I asked for an extra pillow for me and my friend, they denied the request and only gave 1 extra pillow. The room was only equipped with two pillows total.

Location was great from train stations. It was easy to get to Disneyland, Tokyo Palace and Rainbow Bridge

The communal bath was small and I would have liked a cold tub

This hotel was perfect for what I needed. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and the staff was so helpful.

Can't really think of things I didn't like. I only stayed one night (on two separate occasions). I would stay again.

good location, clean, friendly, plenty of local food options.

I prefer separate sheets and blanket, single thick comforter too hot, and no option for something thinner.

Accurate listing and photos. Very comfortable bed and good value. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient and fairly close to the train stations and convenience stores. Convenient checkout system and very friendly polite staff. Good wifi and basic business amenities.

The hotel name (Seaside Shinegawa) does not come up in Google in English - only Japanese. This made it a little harder to find and confused it with another Wires hotel. No cupboard or suffient shelf and hanging space for clothes

There is post office nearby, 3 people a room is a little small but also comfortable, the staff are good.

Frirendly staff and were always willing to answer questions. Nicely sized room for solo travelers. Clean (bath)rooms. I did not use any other facilities.

It was a little out of the way from fun activities. Was my own fault, should have looked before booking! Train station is close by though.

Hot bath

Charging extra 2500 on top of the room rate when a friend enters the room for a drink. Strange practice which is unusual in Japan and it was done in a impolite way. Will not go there again.

Superb

Paid parking. It doesn't say " paid parking" just parking available. And they only have 4 parking spaces.

Large room

Breakfast should propose more sweets
