Located close to train station and some attractions

Check in & out was annoying as staff point you to a machine. Room was in need of deep cleaning. Lots of dust and carpet was filthy.

Love this Mange themed hotel, stayed 2 nights and should have stayed here the whole week. They let us choose what room, floor and window preference(bay,or city).We choose 11th floor bay side and were right above the dock area with a view of Rainbow Bridge

The pillows are awful!

My tweezer went missing. The front desk kept acting like i had "misplaced it" and kept asking me to go back and look. I had already packed and looked everywhere, they kept gaslighting me. I never got it back.

The water pressure in the shower. Everything about the shower and the convenience of having a Family Mart right there.

Close to sky train and under bed storage was good as the room was so small.

This Tokyo hotel was fun, especially the theming. They aren't kidding about the tiny size of Japanese hotel rooms but it felt like a decent value for Tokyo. It was really handy to have the Family Mart downstairs with luggage forwarding services, which we took full advantage of. It's conveniently located near a few different train lines.

Reservation does not include breakfast, but the hotel provides complimentary bread and beverages in the morning (in limited quantity)

I would give cleanliness of the room 9/10 as we arrived, but overall still satisfactory.

My youngest liked that it was a Manga themed hotel. The location is fine being close to the JR station. The staff was very nice and gave us a room with the view of the river. Having Family Mart right next door was an added bonus.

I believe this location has smaller rooms which can only fit 2 people max. The room is literally a box with the bed in front of the door and the bathroom/shower on the side. There's absolutely no room for a table so if you want to grab something to eat, it's really hard to do so in the room. The waste basket is extremely small and you have to go to a location next to the elevator to drop off your garbage. Extra pillows cost money in case you need more than 1. It's definitely a budget hotel (which I knew) and it did the job for a few nights. I don't think I we could stay longer due to no place to move around.

Great location, the monorail stops just in front and there are metro stations close to it. It was what we expected and a great place to stay in Tokio.

They provide breakfast and the luggage storage is so helpful and secured. We went few days to Mount Fuji in between our stay and they let us to store our luggage in their luggage storage as we stayed here again after our visit to Mt Fuji

In our last night of stay in the hotel, there was abnormality in their fire system which trigger fire alarm during midnight. Fortunately, it was only false alarm, but the alarm really shocked me :(

Having a family mart downstairs and a train station directly next to the hotel. It was located in a very convenient area.

The rooms were a little too small for me.

The room was comfortable and had a great view of Tokyo Bay. The lounge area always had something fun to do. The m mart on the first floor was a life saver for weary travelers after a long day of exploring.

Nothing it was all fantastic.

Love the comfy of the bed, comforter and pillows. The flow of the hot shower was superb. Light breakfast served at the lobby with hot coffee was my favourite. I also love the free flow of hot coffee, ice cubes & cold water. I requested a room at high level with a beautiful view and the hotel fulfill it. Overall I am giving 5 stars for Tavinos Hamamatsucho...Deifinitely will be back!!

Minuscule rooms even for Japan. Location was ok but not the best.

Location is perfect for business and leisure travel.

The Room Size is too small. There was no provision of a Kettle in the room.
