    Pros +

    • Convenient spot! Very close to train stations so it’s very walkable and bilingual staff!
    • The room is spacious and amenities also good. We like the coffee
    • The hotel is near the metro and is just around the shopping district of Ginza. Very good to walk at night, safe and has restaurants near it as well. The facilities are great, everything is available at the lobby area. Staff is also so friendly. They allow to store luggage even after check out. Smoking room is available, also basic toiletries, coffee (so good!) are provided. Room is small but that is normal for Japan. Will def recommend.

    Cons -

    • I forgot my scarf there when I checked out and I am a traveler without japanese number.Send the message to them through booking app message and they didn’t reply. It’s disappointing that they didn’t use the feature from booking.com to reply my message. Imagine that I have to . But good thing my scarf still there.
    • Nothing much
    • Room a bit small for twin beds, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. Just made for some creative storage solutions (under the bed)

Excellent location close to shopping and underground train lines enabling direct service to both Haneda and Narita and most other places. Clean, quiet and comfortable and fairly cheap.

    Clean and well located

    Rooms are a bit small

Hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and brand name shopping stores. It was also a convenient location for the subway as it led to a variety of stations you can take nearby. They had handicap accessible elevators and luggage storage if it arrives a day early or can hold it for you until you leave (needs to be same day as check out). While it was a tight squeeze, my room was able to fit my two large luggages and a carry-on suitcase as a solo traveler. You can control the room temperature.

The bed was low, the pillow was terrible, curtains can slightly be seen through, no water bottle provided in the room (you have to go to their dispenser), towels were worn down, and there were only one coined washer and one dryer for the whole hotel. No air filter machine in the room probably due to the fact that the rooms are so small.

    Lication and cleanest, nice staff

Too small, can not open the 2 luggages on the same time.

LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT RELATIVELY EXPENSIVE FOR A LOW RATED HOTEL -- NEVER AGAIN

SMALL ROOM -VERY CRAMPT FOR 2 PERSONS -- EXPENSIVE

    9JarretPosted on: 1-19-2026

Staff was very helpful with baggage checking and getting us extra keys.

    The pillows. :/

    9JarretPosted on: 1-19-2026

Cool building, friendly staff, good lobby, vacuum bags sold in lobby are awesome, nice rooms for the price for sure.

A few small cleanliness items in lobby and room move in. The pillows are not comfortable at all and impacted the stay. Would suggest replace or upgrade the pillows.

    Very clean and trendy!

Conveniently located and is clean and safe—a 24 hour grocery shop right across the street.

    10ElsiePosted on: 1-19-2026

Great location. Bath salt was a very nice amenity. Very clean.

    10MurphyPosted on: 1-19-2026

Location was in a quiet part of the business district and the convenience stores and train stations are under either a 5 to 10 minute walk away. In addition to this, it is close to some shopping centers so and restaurants that open late morning and close late evening. Also, the staff are very accommodating and friendly for your hotel related questions and requests and there are vending machines and hotel amenities that you can get anything you need or forgotten for your trip.

The smoking room is quite close to the lobby bathrooms and the back door entrance of the hotel, so anyone using either will encounter the lingering scent of smoke even if the doors are closed. The laundry system is the most cumbersome part of the hotel mainly because there’s only 2 machines and a lot of guests want to do their laundry at night, your best chance is either very early in the morning or very late at night if your still want to do daytime activities. Guests do have the option of just washing and then hang drying in their hotel room (35 min use for 300 yen) but some guests will choose the wash and dry function (1-2 hour use for 500-600 yen). There are cases when the wash has ended but the guest forgets to retrieve their laundry so you will have to ask the staff to remove the laundry in order to do yours.

Don’t stay at a KOKO Hotel unless it has the prefix Premier. This one does not!!

I made the mistake of expecting all KOKO hotels to have a similar standard. Crappy, messy, unprofessional front desk (if you could call it that), no amenities including water and toothbrush - only discovered at 10:30 pm after I had changed into my pajamas. No extra blanket as requested (I hate an overheated room but want to be warm). Front desk unsympathetic and said there weren’t any blankets. I doubled up the thin comforter and added the two thin bath towels and tiny (useless) sleeping coats to get through the night. Never again!,

Location is good, room is clean

Welcoming staff at reseption was not warm and friendly. They did not help us about luggage transfter to airport. Besides when we asked to help us about airport transfer they did not intent to help us. They said , there could be extra fee for themselves if they would call a taxi for us to hotel (500 yen). It was the worst behaviour that we saw in japan at all

The location to restaurants and stores in Ginza is very good, staff was very helpful and friendly as well as the AC worked great

The shower setup is extremely awkward (very tall and can’t be swivelled) as well as the bath being very small. Additionally only 2 pillows felt cheap and not really on the building but more so the location smells of sewage constantly walking down the street of the hotel and surrounding area

Great location, polite staff, modern room.

Got a premium floor room - the lounge is nice, has warm drinks and orange/grapefruit juice and some snacks. In the morning you can help yourself to pancakes.

a bit of awkward distance to the Tokyo St - around 7-10 minutes of walking with suitcases

    8ErinPosted on: 1-9-2026

The amenities were fantastic. Close to many different metro lines, shops and restaurants.

When people were in the hallway it was very loud in the room.

Very clean facilities and super friendly staff. The cleaning staff would check in to see if my room was clean enough!
