I liked the massage chair in the room, the size of the corner twin room, the friendly staff, and the convenience to Kyobashi and Tokyo station.

I only wished all the amenities were given in the room or were readily available on the side instead of having to ask. But at least it was clear on the sign in the elevators that extra amenities were available.

we paid extra for the second person and I thought my reservation was for 5 people and three rooms.

Spotlessly clean room, great location, really forgiving check in/out times (and they let us store our luggage there for a few hours after check out)

Room is very small, with double bed pushed against the wall.

LOCATION!!! Great value considering there was a train station RIGHT IN FRONT of the hotel. Ginza and Tokyo stations within walking distance. Comfy bed and absolutely no outside noise made sleep wonderful. Key Coffee in drip packets and the teabag selection was great. The massage chair gave massive relief after hours of walking (there’s a manual but just use Google translate to figure out the buttons on the remote). 7-11 downstairs and the yummy Yakitori place a few hundred meters away sealed the deal!

Not that I didn’t like the toiletries but I would have preferred using Pola shampoo and conditioner similar to other hotel chains I’ve stayed in.

Location is great. However, we thought we check out early and asked the hotel staff if they could hold one of our luggage for us until afternoon around 2-3pm so we can go shopping nearby. Checkout time was 12pm, but we checked out before 10am. The staff helped us check out first then tell us no, they cannot hold our bag. If that was the case why would they not tell us first before they checked us out? She purposely did not respond to our request on the luggage hold until after we have completed our check out process through their machine. Did not appreciate that. All the other hotels we stayed at hold on to our luggages after we checked out so we were really surprised by their response and attitude. It all worked out as Shiba Park Hotel was only 2 train stops away and they were happy to hold our luggage. In fact they were able to check us in early so we got settled in and then go shopping and explore all day.

Advise folks that they don’t hold your luggage before they completely check out. Or did that just happened to us because we saw they have luggages on hold there at the lobby area.

The location.

The room is super tight. I sorted out later but my package was refused to be accepted there. I asked in advance with the staff that I am expected a small envelope but they refused it because I missed to include my name on the address. Some bad in my end but still disappointing.

Location was excellent. The train station was in front of the hotel. Very quiet at night.

Wish there were laundry machines for guests to use. Lighting in the room could be a bit brighter.

The room and location were great. Fantastic bathroom! I loved the robe/PJs that they gave us everyday. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very extensive, including Japanese and International food. The staff was very helpful.

There was a major problem with the booking. I booked a double room but when we showed up it was listed as one person so we had to pay for the second person and buy breakfast coupons. I don't know where the problem happened but it was an annoyance after a long day of travel.

Great location, close to Tokyo Station and main street of Ginza.

I assumed laundry meant coin-operated laundry, but it was only a laundry service.

Convenient location. Staff was superb. Helpful, friendly, considerate and went above and beyond.

the room was nice... sizeable enough unlike other hotels of similar class. location was awesome... just a short walk to ginza so its very quiet. daily cleaning done and as far at the amenities are concerned just the normal available at the hotel.

buffet breakfast was poor and boring...could be better with rotating options. too expensive for a simple breakfast.

Very clean and friendly. Near the main train station. A couple great ramen restaurants nearby. Loved the massage chair after walking all day.
