    Pros +

    • Friendly and helpful staff that spoke English! Had all basic needs to include power connection and light for each bed. Heated beds with quality everything.
    • Great location. Nice and clean. Very close to public transport jr line. I will definitely book this hotel for our next trip to Tokyo.
    • The location is great and price is reasonable.

    Cons -

    • Small/very tight room for 3 adults w/ 6 large bags. Barely could move around in room. However, would stay at this hotel again. Felt like a transit pod (just sleep) at a high end hotel. No night signage outside-small sign inside saying lobby 2nd floor.
    • It was just a perfect stay. Nothing to complain about.
    • Room smelled like cigarettes. From what I understood this is unfortunately common around Japan.

DDD Hotel is a beautiful hotel in Tokyo — spotless, stylish, and welcoming. The entrance feels luxurious with its signature scent, and the whole hotel has a calm, modern vibe. My room was compact (which is expected for Tokyo) yet spacious enough for two people with two luggages. It also came with plenty of thoughtful amenities, including sleepwear and handy extras by the elevator. The bed and pillows were very comfortable — I slept so well after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was continental buffet style, with a diverse and fresh selection each morning. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and the pricing felt competitive for the quality offered. The staff were also very warm, helpful, and made the stay feel effortless. A perfect mix of boutique charm and quiet luxury — highly recommend.

Truly nothing to dislike, this was my second stay, and I’d gladly choose to stay at DDD Hotel again whenever itinerary allows.

Lovely clean small room, perfect for my partner and I. Not in an extremely busy area but still close to local train stations to get around.

Hotel very well location. Best option value for money. Super clean and bed extra comfortable

Not a lot of interaction with staff. Breakfast expensive

Location was great nearby main attractions, and you could find convenience stores everywhere around and coffee shops. The room was clean and the toilet was in a decent size.

there was no TV inside the room. The size is 14 m² but it felt smaller. Some noises from the street.

The hotel was clean and the atmosphere lovely.

Everything was great, but it wasn’t feel right when a staff member rushed me out of the room because I had left my room five minutes after the checkout time.

The location is a bit off the main areas, but if you have the time, I’d definitely recommend staying for two nights and exploring the surroundings. The design is beautiful, and we stayed in the larger room, which was absolutely fantastic.

Very sleek and feel luxurious. The bar on the 2F was full of vibes at night and the drinks weren’t expensive at all! Staff was very lovely!

The towels smell so much to bleach (like super pungent) I was a bit hesitant to use it on my face.Pillow cases on the other hand, smelled like it wasn’t changed, it has an odor to it.

It was very stylish and the staff was nice.

We upgraded from one full size bed to two full size bed. The one full size bed is really for just one person.

Well located and stylishly minimalist, yet cozy and comfortable. Have stayed here before and returned for the excellent facilities.Breakfast is my favorite!

It was affordable, very clean, very quiet, location was ok. Restaurant and cafe were cute and a good place to hang out and chill at.

There was no TV, room was not very spacious which we knew, and the bathroom was on a platform which for a short person was very tough to get up and down from.

Easy check in process. The room was small as expected and simple.

Everything was as expected. Nothing super special, but it was all clean and well-kept.

    7AraceliPosted on: 10-19-2025

simplicity of the hotel, body srub towel soft, room shirts comfy.

distance from city, i wish there is more local choices in breakfast buffet

    7Elvira A.Posted on: 10-18-2025

The general design: the place is super minimal, clean, and the breakfast is good (at the bar not the buffet). 2nd floor shared space is very pleasant.

Not far from the subway but in an arra that I can’t define very central, the opposite. Nonetheless, quiet and enjoyable. The staff is kind but it amazed me (in a negative way) that a good part of them did not speak english. I expect this at least in an accommodation facility. The rooms are very, very small. We booked a room for 2 person and the space was not sufficient to move simultaneously. Moreover, if you open your luggage you are forced to exit the room. Plus, we delayed one hour for the check out and they charged us 2200 yen. It’s ok to respect the policy, but we stayed 4 nights and did breakfast everyday, so I guess that they could have turned a blind eye.In any case, I think I could come back once in Tokyo again, but for sure choosing another kind of room.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel has a modern, minimalistic design and looks exactly like the photos. Everything was super clean too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they helped us sending our luggage to the next hotel and provided us with a spare charge since we forgot ours. The location is great, in a quiet and safe area, but still very close to everything with public transport. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to all other places and very good WiFi

Too small room for two person stay with little spaces for placing luggage and walking through

    10IdoPosted on: 9-26-2025

The bed is THE most comfortable I have ever slept on. Sleek minimalist design hotel with great access to Tokyo.

Nothing, my second time there :)
