    Pros +

    • Nice accommodations, especially with connected two room suite. Pleasantly surprised it was right off the Red line which is directly connected to Narita and Haneda airports. Convenient walk to Ginza. Held our bags after we checked out.
    • Reasonably priced hotel in a very decent location. Lots of eating options in the vicinity. The facilities are mature, but clean and functioning. The room is tiny, but this is typical for Tokyo. The traditional breakfast options are just fantastic. Public transport in easily accessible and versatile.
    • Very good location

    Cons -

    • Rooms were a bit small and hard to even have space for opening luggage. Also had to lug luggage up the steps to exit hotel.
    • The neighborhood and the hotel is infected with russians, unfortunately
    • Room come be larger but good value

The hotel felt very clean and modern. The rooms were very comfortable and many amenities were provided, including free ice popsicles! The staff are friendly. It’s also close to the subway station so getting around is easy. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well.

Good and nice! I like the bathtub and it's very clean. Small but everything inside and the staff are so kind.

    10Hui T.Posted on: 1-20-2026

First and foremost, the amazing staff. I honestly did not expect such warm and thoughtful hospitality - the team was friendly and attentive and offered seamless services better than some luxury brands. The location is central for someone like me who wanted a less tourist-heavy area like Ginza or Asakusa, but still easily accessible to metro lines (4 min walk to Asakusa and 10 min walk to Ginza Line) and surrounded by great eateries and charming shops.Room was compact but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. On-site restaurant offers great breakfast.

The room was very sound-proofed and loud hallway noise does travel through the door. However overall it was quiet enough

The location of the hotel was in a quiet area but still close to the train station necessary to travel throughout the city.

The hotel required us to carry our stroller down the stairs from the entrance to the lobby which was inconvenient for my family. We wished there was an elevator for us to use.

    9PannetPosted on: 1-17-2026

close to train station. clean room with good facility.

    8HelenaPosted on: 1-16-2026

The location is very good, and the amenities were very nice. The availability of things like salts for the bath with the types being changed every few days was nice. I forgot to pack some things, so having razors and mouthwash available for free was really convenient. It's right between two convenience stores and two stations, so getting around was easy.Everything was clean.

The room was very small, and the bed is very hard, though the firmness is something preferred in Japan, so it's less of a complaint and more of something to note if you're a western traveler like I am. Some of the front desk staff were a little unfriendly, but not all of them.If you're traveling with large luggage, it can be hard coming and going, as the lobby is down a set of stairs from the entrance, and there's only a small conveyor belt to take things down. While the front desk staff is willing to help with bags, it's a bit inconvenient all around.

    8MarcusPosted on: 1-12-2026

That it was close to the Asakusa line direct to Haneda airport. Price was good. Staff great and flexible.

A safe box in the room. Thicker walls so less noise transmission. Could have had more more washing machines.

    9Suz D. B.Posted on: 1-8-2026

I arrived in Tokyo Haneda Airport on a late flight so stayed at the Hotel for one night only. However found the Hotel very easy - only a 10 min walk from Tokyo Station. The room was clean and very cosy. Sleep was comfortable and staff easy to deal with at the counter. Had a very good sleep so a good indication I was comfortable.

My stay was very short so cannot really discuss any points I didn't like

    9Chow K.Posted on: 1-6-2026

Location is good, direct train from Narita / Haneda without any transfer. Room is clean and enough room to put 2-3 big luggages. They also provide luggage storage after check out.

    7AlenaPosted on: 1-5-2026

Great location, normal breakfast, what was really nice - ice cream in the lobby

the room is super small. But the main thing that was really bothering - the window. The glass is like this that you almost dont see the daylight! And in the morning it is not clear, what is the time, what is the weather. It is super confusing and they dont specify anywhere that this room doesnt have a proper window

    8HelenPosted on: 1-5-2026

The location is great. Just a few minutes walk from the subway, the line takes you directly to and from the Haneda airport within 30 minutes. The station also has an elevator so be sure to use it or you'd have to carry your luggages up many, many, many steps. Plenty of restaurants and famous coffee shops nearby. Walkable distance to Akihabara. The lobby + hotel elevator are in the basement and there is a luggage belt in the main entrance that transport your bags downward (but not up!). There's more shampoo and conditioner options available in the lobby, on top of the basic choices in your own bathroom. Water pressure is great!

The standard double-occupancy room is very small. If you have large luggages and need to open them during your stay, go somewhere else or pay more for a bigger room. Walls are paper thin, but they also provide earplugs, just pick up some at the lobby.

    10EmilyPosted on: 1-1-2026

Small room but it was clean with extra amenities located in the lobby. I forwarded my large luggage from Fukuoka and it was delivered early and held for 2 days without problems. QR code on the room card for information on how to use the AC and TV. My room came with free breakfast at the restaurant next door, so we had free eel rice bowls daily (or the alternative western breakfast). Staff was helpful and spoke ok english. Great location, 5 min walk from the station and one express train to Haneda airport.

The hotel has literally everything one might need, including complimentary ice creams at the reception. Bathrooms were very well equipped, wifi was working properly. Cannot say the rooms were spacious, but this is a normal thing for Japan. In the end we even managed to open all three L-size suitcases in our room at once, but that required some creative thinking. The location was very convenient for getting around Tokyo and for travelling to the airport, because the asakusa line station is very close to the hotel.

I wish there were more variety in the breakfast menu. When you stay for 3+ days, you get a bit tired because there are just 3 sets available. But this is really a minor inconvenience; the food was quite good.

    10JanePosted on: 12-24-2025

Wonderful location just a couple minutes from a station, and 7 minutes to another station. You can travel directly from Haneda airport.

    8JanetPosted on: 12-21-2025

very clean, very good serve, the toothbrushes and other daily necessities provided by the hotel are very convenient for guests.

I hope the bathroom floor is on the same level as the room floor; it would be much safer that way. The room is too small. only one chair, two chair per room is better, breakfast was some every day

    10SEOPosted on: 12-19-2025

Everything was clean and great location. And staff spoke English very well.

    9NataliaPosted on: 12-18-2025

Perfect location, comfortable, clean , helpful staff, ability to store and send luggage.

A little small but it’s the first hotel in Japan we stayed, maybe it wasn’t that small ! Time will show
