The hotel staff were very helpful, and the location was great.

The sound proofing can be improved.

Well located hotel around a number of train stations making it convenient to get around. Location also provides quite a bit of food options especially at night when coming back from being out in the city. Hotel was also very well staffed and everyone was pleasant.

Comfort level is a little low for the price, the bed is incredibly hard and only a small comforter and two very bad pillows are provided.Asked for additional pillows and was not accommodated, which seems odd for any hotel I've stayed at.They did a great deal of painting during my stay which also caused most of the common areas to smell very strongly of paint for most of the stay.

The best highlight was that the staff was very kind and helpful. This being our first stay in Japan, we needed help at times to understand things, the staff was great with helping us enjoy our stay. The room was clean, bathroom was well stocked and easy to enjoy, and the on-site washer and dryer worked perfectly.

The mattresses were a little thin. Since I'm a side sleeper, I'd frequently wake up with sore shoulders.

Great hotel to say in. Good location close to subway, quiet, but very close to bustling streets with street food & restaurants. Def a good choice for a lodging.

Good location, staff is very friendly. It's very close to a family mart, akihabara and a couple of stations, the location is optimal. The rooms are mostly clean, there's not much issues room wise.

Sadly I don't think the price was justified of 320$ or whatever we paid, because the room was too small and tight, and washing machine in B1F are kinda bad.

Stuff misplaced my pajama, and it took some communication and back and force negotiation to retrieve it although they did find it

Convenient location a 5-10 min walk from Okachimachi and delicious food in Amecho, and we loved the Japanese-style tatami room.

Futons were thinner and firmer than the ones we've slept on before, so I hope you enjoy a firm bed.

So beautiful! Exceptionally well kept and I found my room had been cleaned everyday even when I’d forgotten to ask. And the staff are so polite and helpful, with everything. The room had everything, large tv, wi-fi, everything…! Really happy customer!

Absolutely nothing, I found it perfect!

Good location.

No one offered us umbrellas when it was raining. We went out and bought our own and then realized there were free ones to borrow.

Traditional room was very nice, floor beds, great!Enough space when you move the bedding, just great change after our other experience with smaller rooms

Dryer did not dry enough so we had to put the laundry all over the room to dry it, even after running the 2nd cycle.In the front entrance a couple of hangers would be great for vests/coats.

A very clean and big room with a modern bathroom. They have a small cafeteria downstairs for a quick snack or for breakfast.The location it’s perfect because it’s close to all Ueno most important location and some train stations.

The laundry machine was in the basement and you don’t have a way to know if it’s been used before you go down.

The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The washing machine in the basement was not clean enough. The dryer was not work well so I had to remove the clogging from the dryer. I thought nobody did not take care of it for a long time.

Very close from Chiyoda line and not too far from JR line trains. The room is very spacious for a solo traveler. Daily change of towels was a nice service.

Not that I didn’t like, just that there could be improvements. The entrance to the hotel are stairs so if you have multiple heavy luggage bags then you’ll have to carry them up the stairs. Maybe there is a ramp or lift somewhere but I didn’t see it. I liked that there was a laundry facility in the basement but there was no laundry detergent. Maybe reception had it (I didn’t ask), but in other hotels there are coin-operated machines that disperse packets of laundry detergent for cheap.

Location is good. A few minutes walk to train stations. There’s a family mart nearby which is very convenient if you want to grab quick snacks. Toiletries are good quality. Can have more than 1 pillow which is good. Pillows are soft. Mattress is comfortable as well. Room is a bit bigger than the other hotel I stayed in.

The basement where the clothes washer and dryer are located are not well maintained. Also, The washer and dryer machines are old already.

Location was more than perfect. Very near train stations including the airport one. Near akihabara, main streets, Ueno parks, great places etc etc.

The size of the bedroom was really tiny. The dry machine wasn’t working that well so I had to dry my clothes myself…

Great location. Friendly & helpful staff. Bathroom very good.

Room size is quite limited.

The room was slightly bigger than other hotels, just few square meters but enough for a more comfortable space.

At the entrance There is a flight of stairs which could be uncomfortable with a heavy luggage or a wheel chair
