Staff were friendly and willing to help keep our baggage after checkout (they gave us a return ticket). The room was nice, and we had coin laundry on our floor. Staff had translations ready for us since we aren't fluent in Japanese

This was my first time traveling internationally, and as a solo traveller learning Japanese, I was nervous. However, the staff were very kind, and while the place is simple, its cleanliness and price point are unmatched in the area! I would stay again!While staying there, I even got to meet other travelers. I met a man visiting from Taiwan, and we chatted for a few hours while I was sitting downstairs waiting for my laundry to finish!

The laundry was a little confusing at first, but I was able to understand it after a minute or two of thinking.

It was close to so many shops and stores. Also the attached Family mart was great.

The beds were very stiff. Also, not very many outlets at all for devices.

staff was just fine. way over priced for what it was and breakfast food is not good quality. I was here for a convention but would never choose it again. Weirdest bathroom - it is like a dropped in plastic cubicle that you step up into- very dangerous at night or for an older person.

Room is very clean. Size wise, it is small, but it is very typical Japanese hotel rooms. Locations is awesome! Only 10-mins away from Akihabara, by walking. The Family Mart is attached to the lobby hotel, so it is very convenient. The staffs are very nice too! Not that man restaurants nearby, but it has KFC across the hotel. They also have smart TV so you can log in to your Netflix :)

The room is kinda cold, I tried to change the temperature, but it seems not working.

The bed sheets smell a bit weird.

I got the 3 beds because I thought each bed was small but size was pretty good actually. Each bed can fit 2 persons so we only used 2 beds. Family mart at the ground floor was very convenient. Also close to a lot of train stations. Our view across the street was also very nice.

Location was excellent. 5-9 minute walk to several different train lines.Twin beds were wider than expected which was comfortable for sleeping.Well stocked Family Mart in the lobby and a high quality, large supermarket (Olympic) right across the street. Pleasantly surprised by the laundry room on the 5th floor.Quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice to retreat here after crowded city visits. Friendly staff. Very satisfied overall. Thank you!

This is more of a business hotel, so guests should note that the room can be tight for a big suitcase or even two carryon suitcases, especially making it hard to walk around the beds (depending on the room you get).Breakfast options seem limited and not refilled after 9am, but they have all the basics for a reasonable price.

The room was comfortable and the location was ok.

This was the ninth hotel of our trip, and the difference in service quality was immediately noticeable. Considering the price and advertised level of the property, the overall service fell short of expectations. Housekeeping does not include room cleaning or towel changes, and the hotel does not provide additional amenities such as tea bags. When requesting basic items like instant coffee or milk creamer, we were directed to a convenience store, which gave the impression of a cost-cutting approach.Language proficiency was also an issue. I don’t expect everyone to speak English (it’s not my native language either) but at a centrally located hotel in Tokyo, a basic level of communication would have been helpful.The most inconvenient aspect came on the day of departure: the hotel refused to store our luggage after checkout due to scheduled electrical system checks. For travelers, this is highly impractical. If the hotel was aware of these checks in advance, they could have arranged an alternative, non-electric storage solution or at least offered guidance on nearby options. Instead, we were simply told they could not assist.

The hotel is very central in Tokyo and at walking distance from Akihabara Station, which was convenient for my visit to JAXA. The staff was very friendly and helped me also with other questions. They also let me enter my room earlier than iniitally indicated which was much appreciated

There is no easy space to put my luggage and also for my toilet bag, there was not much space in the bath room. The pillows were a bit less comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Small room but comfortable enough for one person.

Food smell spreads everywhere in the lobby and elevator.Toilet was not cleaned thoroughly.

The rooms were clean and checing in was a breeze.

Late night motorcycle noises. Other than those, it was an overall good experience.

No AC in the room, no fan, really hot from central air. They should provide better fans

There's a family mart right in the lobby. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The accessibility to different areas was great and the Uber drivers had an easy time finding us here.

Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Very cute room.

Location and cleanliness. Convenience store on the first floor. Staff were kind and greeted each time we came in and out. Near 3-4 metro/subway lines.

Room was very tiny, hard to find space for luggage. Room had a slight smoky smell to it despite being non-smoking. Also not sure if this is a normal thing but the sheets were very very heavy and I sweat through each night ?

The room size was perfect and super clean ! The staff were very friendly 5 stars all the way! HotelWas very clean and quiet. There is a Family Mart right in the hotel opened 24 hours!

Everything was perfect! Highly Recommended and will definitely stay again here!
