Small dorm room. No inside door lock. Cheap uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket. No outlet, nightstand or light near bed. Windows wont open, no view. Unremarkable neighborhood. Loud refrigerator.

Good location, staff was helpful and kind.

Toilet is out dated.

Self check-in system is really user-friendly. Once check-in is completed, you will get a PIN code to access front door and your room door. Although the location is not really in the center of Tokyo, that makes it more peaceful. If you drive and need to park overnight, the paid parking lot opposite the hotel is the cheapest in the area.

There are a lot of one-way streets in this area so you may get confused driving around here.

The location was very convenient. Near 3 train stations, bakeries, stores and different restaurants. Also very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Somebody was smoking toward the last couple days of my stay. It was another guest.

Clean, big rooms, good location

Stayed during the Sakura season in an affordable quiet non smoking room with a ensuite bathroom. Close to Morishita station which is a few stops away from Akihabara, Asakusa and Skytree. Multiple restaurants and supermarkets (7-Eleven) in the area. Staff was hospitable and the room was comfortable despite being a two stars hotel.

The facilities are very good. The bathrooms are clean and good. Near the subway.

Office workers go to sleep. There's no backpacker experience.

I’d requested a non-smoking room but my room smelt like cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful had a local area map of nearest shops and restaurants travel wise was half an hour to Akiharaba and hour to shibuya and 45 mins to haneda airport which was all reasonable and they had a microwave on each floor

Privacy, hot water, clean room, great service upon arrival. Easy check out. Safe space. Great location, quiet neighbourhood yet close to many stations metro or bus. A/C working on both hot and cold. Room had window to clean the air. Amenities received upon arrival. Had towels. Had hair blow dryer. Fridge and kettle. Wifi was great. Anyone needing to wash clothes,there s a wash and dry coin at 8 min walk. Convenience stores all around.

Business Hotel Legato is a quaint property with both a location and setup that allows you to perform your work with minimal distractions. Shinjuku is a straight shot 30-minute ride from the nearest train station, and there are nearby bus stops to take you to the Kinshichō station as well to connect you to other lines of interest. While it does not offer the fancy bells and whistles as a typical chain brand hotel, I appreciated my stay. There are 3 train stations within walking distance, varying 5-15 mins, and many convenience stores and restaurant options. The man who runs the hotel speaks English fairly well, so don’t be afraid to call if you have questions. The staff were all very friendly. I recommend this spot as a cost efficient base of operations for your stay in Tokyo.

I recommend bringing your own hygiene products and toiletries if you prefer fancier stuff to what the hotel offers. I had no problem with it, but some might not like it. Also, the luggage storage option is limited, so plan accordingly. Another thing to note, the beds definitely aren’t the most comfortable, and this might be the biggest thing to be aware of, if anything.

The location was ideal and within 10 minute's walk of the train station.The room I used was well-kept and comfortable. The price was affordable and the ultimate deciding factor for my stay. Management was friendly and responded to messaging easily.

The hotel was good and met my expectations.It was a good location within walking distance of the train station.The rooms were kept well and cleaned daily. Pretty secure and clear instructions given. I appreciated the communication if needed. Good price and convenient for solo travelers.

Nice guy behind the desk and en nice 1p hotel room with a small bath which i really liked, highly recommanded for solo traffelers

Friendly staff

The mattress spring is so bad, it hurt my back. Also, the wall is not noise proof.. you can hear everything from other rooms..

The room was quiet and the bed spacious and comfortable. It was also spacious, and it was nice to have clean towels provided daily. The shower was also nice and spacious.

The absence of soap next to the sinks in the dormitories. Having to leave the room every morning at 10 a.m. for cleaning was really uncomfortable. I would have liked to sleep longer, and I would have appreciated not being kicked out because I was sleepy and tired. Just for this reason, unfortunately, I will sleep elsewhere next time. The absence of hot drinks in the vending machines was also a bit inconvenient.
