Staff was very welcoming, helpful with holding luggage until check in, room was clean.

It’s very convenient, located at centre of Ikebukuro. Good value and nice staffs

The lobby is newly renovated, however, the inside of the property remains kind of old fashion. Despite the interior, functionality of facilities is good. Room is typical Tokyo size: very small. I also don’t like the fact that you have to leave the key at lobby every time you go out.

Location. Great staff and service.

Rooms had very poor air conditioning. However, we were able to open the windows which helped a lot. Would have been more uncomfortable if it was warmer.

Key need to be left at front desk every time you go out but the front desk is always very kick and efficient so it is a minor inconvenience.

Location, budget friendly,clean the breakfast was OK definitely not any American style, but it was still good

Small room small bathroom even for two people it was small. I could only imagine with children.

To start, this is an excellent location in the midst of the Ikebukuro area. We sought this place out for its convenience of proximity to our favorite shops nearby. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, even making a suggestion to help us save money when we were shipping our luggage to our next hotel.

The building is quite old and outdated. You can smell cigarette smoke near the elevators on the first floor. I wasn’t quite comfortable with the cleanliness in the bathroom and the bed was not very comfortable either. I hope that this hotel can get a renovation or refresh sometime in the future as the people working there are very nice.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Had washing machines available which is a big plus when traveling with family.

Rooms were a bit small for 3 but manageable so wasn't a big dislike

You gotta leave room key every time you left hotel, kinda annoying. May be better to use cards instead.Rooms were really small ( even comparing with other japanese hotels)

Very spacious! Free water and tea etc every floor. The staff were super nice and friendly everytime I interacted with them. Honestly the staff made the whole experience.

The rooms were older with no usb charges. The wifi never worked and non existent.

Conveniently located

Check out is early at 10am, but they help you keep your luggage at the front desk if you ask

The friendly and accomodating staff. The bathroom. I was very happy about the perfect location i have picked. It was an easy access to everything and near the station. And a quiet district.

Location was perfect: near the train station, offered decent breakfast, many stores and restaurant were available.Room was small but functional. Offered many free amentities.Staffs were extremely friendly.This location was busy but not overly busy as other cities like Shinjuku and Shibuya.

5 min walk from the major station. The single room was kind of tight but just enough to live comfortably with a large suitcase . The hotel’s extra thoughtfulness was noted in many places to make your stay more comfortable. Their breakfast buffet were very good and hotel staff were very nice.

1.Very cheap & decent single room in this super convenient location. 2. Ice-maker and ice green tea machine on every floor

1.There’re only 3 washing machines shared by all hotel guests!2. The hotel asks the guests to keep the room key at front desk when guests going out, i don’t really appreciate that

Centrally located.

Aging infrastructure, not very clean, outdated systems, you need to turn in your physical room key every time you leave the hotel, cannot adjust the A/C temperature in your room, felt stuffy with poor air circulation, wasn't worth the price I paid.

The location is superb, breakfast is very good with various options.

There's only three washing machines on floors 10, 7, and 3 and they are heavily used so it is complicated to find them available.

Hotel facilities are good. Location is around 7 mins walk from station and convenience stores are nearby.

Need to left the keys at front so that you need to ask the front every time when come back

The price was reasonable and located fairly close to the train station.

The rooms are small. Hardly any room to open your suitcase. The rooms still use old-fashioned keys to unlock. They also make you turn-in your room key every time you leave the hotel.
