Pros +
- Cleanliness and friendly staff
- Ameneties provides, mini fridge in the room, TV with a decent selection of movies, AC.
- I liked the location, which was very convenient, and the price, as it was one of the more affordable options in the area.
Cons -
- Low shower pressure, no laundry machines in the building.
- I didn't like the lack of cleanliness. The room smelled bad, there was noise in the morning because it was next to the cleaning area, and communication was difficult since part of the staff didn't speak English. They also refused to store my luggage despite a future reservation. I mainly gave it a six because of the location and price.
- Needed a list of rules or guidelines in one location

Easy to find. Staff was excellent. Good value

It was a very clean establishment. The staff is really kind and welcoming. Even with the language barrier, they used a translator device to understand my inquiries. It is well located with many subways line nearby and it is a quiet ward. The lobby is very clean, so that reflects on the rest of the hotel.
I stayed there for 11 nights and the only thing I would have changed are the pillows. The room size goes with the Japanese culture , so that is fine. Everything was working properly and accordingly to my expectations.
All amenities are available, staff is nice, rooms are clean, room has a bathtub and huge TV.There is room for the bags under the bed, but opening suitcases will be a little challenging.
Rooms are REALLY tiny, with 2 people it always feels crowded is somebody is not lying on the bed. Also it seems hotel is preferred by Russians, so it might be a little lowder compared to other hotels, but not a big problem.
Good hotel in quiet area. Very clean, cosy room. Small but it’s ok for Japan.
All good
The room was kinda tight. It was said that it 11.5 sq.meters bit it's smaller I think. The room is equipped with everything needed and comfortable. The location is just great it's close to everything vet we're needed. The City sights is on your hand. There two city's subways lines which leads everywhere you need. The district is quite calm and prestigious keeping your off the tourist stream and allowing you Walk the cozy narrow streets alone.
Small room.
The staff was helpful and generous. The location of the Hotel is excellent. The Ninyocho metro station is within walking distance. The mattress in the room was really comfortable. The breakfast in the nearby cafe was decent for the start of the day.
We stayed in the hotel twice for a couple of nights. The first time was upon arriving, and the second was before leaving Japan. We asked to leave a part of our luggage in the hotel until we return, but that was not possible due to a lack of space. The rooms are small, especially for people 1.9m tall or more. The bed as well. Although comfortable, the size of the bed is small for high people.
Very good place, if you are not super interested in SHIBUYA night life then it’s the best choice to make. For all interesting locations we have spent just up to 30 min by subway. Stations are close 5-10 min. Very nice and quiet place. Staff allowed to keep our suitcases for free until the evening after check out
Room is extremely small! I mean this guys, like I’ve never seen smt like this before. I understand the concept but it’s impossible for 2 people to operate normally in the room. You can only keep your stuff in the suitcase and put them under the bed
APA meets my expectations about service and cleanliness, the room has everything you need
Reception doesn't speak english
Rooms are cosy, it was very comfortable. Good aircon. Loved they changed the yukata and towels everyday, and they provided coffee sticks and creams. Fridge in the room was really useful during my stay. Very close to the Airport Express line subway. Just 5 min walk. Perfect.
Rooms are a bit stuffy, since they are very small. There is missing a shelf where to place clothes. I kept everything in my luggage. They suggested to place the luggage under the bed, but I preferred to keep it just against the door.
Almost new, Super clean and cozy.
The only one thing - Small size of the rooms.
Great facility close to metro stations and easy way to navigate. Great food locations that yiu can walk too.
Great location, clean and comfortable
Rooms are too small (11m2)
The location is great and the hotel is so clean
The room is too small for family, i didn’t except that size. My child couldnot sleep well.
Overall decent experience, but considering the money paid, the value is less. Do not take breakfast. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. You have to walk 10 mins to a cafe, where they just provide toast eggs and coffee and it is not worth the money. It is good for one night stay, but not good for a long visit. The check-in is very late, and the check out is too early. Not the best option to consider. For a detailed video review, please follow our channel on Youtube: @TheSuitcaseCouple.
- Poor breakfast- Strict check-in and check-out time- A bit far from Shinjuku area

Some stain on the wall
The hotel is located 3 minutes away from a train station and it takes about 45 minutes to get to hotel from Haneda airport. Compared to other hotels, this one provided early check-in at 13:00, which is quite nice for the early arrival. The local area is quiet, has 7-11 store near and local cafes and restaurants. Recommended.
The hotel is 5 minutes away from Ninghyocho metro station with direct connections to main sites of Tokyo: Asakusa, Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinagawa, both airports, etc. Lots of restaurants around as well as a few grocery shops. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful.
1. The breakfast is simply BAD (served in cafe Excelsior). Choice from 4 "sandwiches" which look nice on the picture, but not that nice in reality. Every day. It was a torture for the kids, it was a torture for adults as well. One day only 3 types of "sandwiches" remained, shrinking the no-choice even more. I dont'recommend to apply for breakfast option - there are several cafe next to Ninghyoco station, so without "breakfast included", unlike us, at least you would have choice.2. Very little rooms.
