Efficient, nice breakfast/cafe in building, good size bed and great value for cost.

Hotel could not hold baggage on day of departure or before the day of arrival.

Good location and comfort for a short stay in Tokyo. Easy walk to JR and Metro stations makes is very easy to get around Tokyo. A ton of dining and drinking options close by and is only a 10-minute walk to Nakameguro which also has many great dining options.

While okay, the breakfast sandwiches are a little weird. There was a bit too much mayonnaise or salad dressing on the sandwiches and they always 'sold out' of one of the 4 types of sandwiches they offered each morning of the four I was there.

The room was bigger than expected for Tokyo standard. I love the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Check-in/out was easy and efficient. Again, great location!

Good breakfast options ran out early...

It was clean and comfortable. It felt relatively new. Wi-Fi was good.

Bed was small for a 6 foot 2 inch person. It felt Spartan.

The shower was amazing, the Lockers in the lobby that were available when arriving too early to check-in. The beds were comfortable and the staff member working the front desk was very friendly. Proximity to the train station was also great.

Very small room, the two twin beds were pushed directly together, nowhere to put your suitcases, and there were black markings/scuffs all over the white walls. No coffee in the room makes for a sad jet lagged visitor.

Was good for the purpose of being close to the subway and getting a great sleep!

It would’ve been good to have a kettle tomorrow make tea after a long day of walking. But I got over that.

Excellent location. Check in desk guys were great. Thank you for being helpful. Room was simple, comfortable and stylish. A bit like an upgraded version of a minimum security Norwegian prison cell. Good quality amenities.

Breakfast ladies seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else…but the sandwiches were good!

Room is very smallNo personal services like ordering a taxi, or take care of lagage,no half a day booking for late checkout, actualy even if you like to extend your stay it shpuld be done by yourself, staff will not help exept for guide you on how you should do it.Breakfast is only based on sandwiches, the only sandwich that has vegetables is limited to 10, if you are coming after 08:30 there is no more BLT..

The location is close to Ebisu Station.

The hotel staff were not the most helpful. We asked for assistance in finding our luggage and they refused. We asked for two rooms on the same floor and they refused. The room was not clean as there were stains on the bed and wall. The laundry was a terrible mess. The washing machine was smelly and the dryer never completely dried our clothes. There are signs that cause minor inconveniences all over the hotel like "Water only at check-in, no food or drinks in the lobby, no luggage storage after check-out". Do not recommend a stay here.

Location is great!

Rooms are small, which is typical Tokyo, with not much flare.

Comfortable location, clean has everything you need including laundry machine cute breakfast really close to ebisu station and more.

If your room is in the east side in the morning, the sun makes the room a bit hot, but there is AC so it’s OK. Also, there was not really a reception. Everything was done manually. There were some people to help but overall it felt like you’re alone for good and bad.

The location is good and the room itself was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice strong shower. Breakfast was nice, though limited choice, this was as described.

In the hotel description there is nothing to indicate that the hotel offers minimal reception / concierge / desk facilities to customers at all. Want to leave luggage? No! Need a taxi to the airport booked? No! It's all a bit nothing for a hotel described as 3 stars. In fact there's never anyone on reception, you have to press the call button to get someone and they will only help with minimal stuff. Given the pricing and the way the hotel is presented, I was not expecting such a basic offering. The room was spacious but very poor use of space. No thoughts on how people use hotel rooms. Oh and no kettle / tea coffee facilities provided which is disappointing.

Location is excellent, close enough to the station and surrounded by many food options and convenience stores. Quiet location but close enough to the busier areas. The room itself is among the more spacious I've stayed in for around the same price

The free breakfast could have been better, especially with more food and drink options. Otherwise satisfactory for a quick meal.

Hotel location is great! Breakfast was decent, but limited menu. Food quality was excellent.

The rooms were VERY small and cramped. I understand that Japanese hotel rooms are on the small side, but our room looked nothing like the pictures for the hotel on the booking.com website. We will return to Ebisu, but not to this hotel. The pictures on the website are not accurate.

Modern, affordable option close to Ebisu station. I chose this place over others I've stayed in Shibuya for its smaller scale, quieter neighborhood but still great location, and sensible layout of the room. It's also hard to find a room for this price with a little desk/table and excellent natural light (floor to ceiling window and no other buildings right up against the hotel, a true rarity in cheaper hotels in Tokyo!). My room also had a great view from the 7th floor and the bathroom was good, equipped with a newer Toto bidet and no odd smells. I appreciated the shower stall with great water pressure, and being compact, I was also able to use it to steam my clothing quickly.Bed was comfortable, AC blew cold during September heat, and room was clean. Check-in is self serve, kiosk style. There is an attendant if you need help. That said, I found it incredibly easy to check in and out.Finally, the hotel features a very spacious driveway, making taxi pickup and drop-off extremely easy if you need one.

The hangers/hooks were strangely positioned in the room - right over the desk and right at the foot of the bed. This means your clothes (depending on their length and how many) may obstruct your work/eating area and/or pathway to get out of bed. Not a big deal, just a bit odd. Obviously no closet for a room this size but this could have been thought out better. Some under bed storage would be nice.Walls were a bit worn out looking. Lots of suitcase marks/scuffs around the room and also many above the headboard (gross, but oh well), heavy scratches around shelving, etc... nothing too terrible, but the room could really use a quick coat of paint. The room was very clean otherwise, though. No dust or stray hair.This issue is odd, but the window made a lot of creaking and popping noises as it went through the morning and evening's summer temperature changes. Probably unnoticeable/non-existent in the cooler seasons.No luggage storage at the front desk. Only option is the coin locker at nearby Ebisu station. Make plans accordingly.

Really comfortable and reliable, in a very good location really close to the heart of Shibuya (just one station away). Has a modern feeling with traditional omotenashi, the staff was really caring, even though I had only a few interactions with them (the whole check-in and check-out processes are basically automatic, but the staff helped me and explained a few extra details).

Nothing I can remember. It was more that I expected.
