Quiet and clean

Location, down a dark alley like street. Decor was old. Too pricey for what you got. Bathroom was small.

Good location, well connected to metro. Nice that it had an onsen. Pretty reception with nice views. Good sized room with natural light and no noise. Connected to a lawson on ground floor was very convenient.

Bed and room could have been a bit bigger, especially when you have two suitcases. No closet space.

Loved the helpful staff and the great breakfast selections! Wonderful Top floor lobby with complimentary coffee or water, nice onsen, seating for visiting with guests and a fabulous view of the city!

The omelettes were good but sometimes they were not very warm - I have a feeling that is the way Japanese like them because they were that same luke warm temperature at other hotels.

I liked the staff and the facilities.

The 11th floor hallway smell of cigarettes everyday, it was a strong smell. The a/c vents also had dripping water.

Proximity to Gotanda station, clean, easy check in/check out, helpful staff, good breakfast, late checkout option .

Nice staff, the restaurant has delicious food. The spa/sauna is free and very relaxing. A grocery store and 7 eleven both a minute away. Close to the RJ station. Great location.

Location, calmness and hospitality good value for money

Not at all.

We loved the area -its proximity to a train station and the fact that it was not so deep in the city that it was overcrowded but close enough to get to major areas very quickly.

Room was a bit small compared to the photos.

Good location. The 15th floor reception area is very nice with good coffee.

Small, yet comfortable room

Bathroom is a tad small. For such a small bathroom, advisable to remove bathtub and have an enclosed bath area.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2025 as a couple.- Nice views from the room and from the reception.- Nice modern entrance and reception with many staff members speaking good English.- Smart TV.- Decent-sized bed with 2 pillows.- The room could be a bit bigger at this price.- Traditional onsen (sentou) public bath on the top floor! Really refreshing in winter.

- Overall, a bit underwhelming and overpriced, in our opinion.- No daily water bottle replenishment at the door. No water fountain to refill manually either. No daily towels replenishment at the door.- Walking to Gotanda Station involves crossing many traffic lights, which takes a bit of time.- Even though the onsen (actually sentou) facilities are nice, most tourists unfortunately ignore all rules and guidelines, that is why our experience was a bit more stressful and not as pleasant as it was in other onsen / sentou.- No service / assistance with luggage delivery to our room.- Room shower and hair dryer could be a bit better.- Sometimes queues at the elevator.- Room temperature controls, air purifier, remote control are a bit confusing for English speakers.- Small simple drink chiller instead of a proper fridge.

Loved the convenience of the location, the room was great, and lobby view of the city was phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful, stress free experience.

Smaller rooms, but adequate. Limited elevator access for size of property.

We liked the location close to Yamonote train and the amenities in the hotel. The hotel staff were accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Would like towels provided in the onsen versus bringing our own.

Queen bed was comfortable. The daily cleaning service was great. Check in/check out was easy. Just a few minutes walk from the Gotanda station which is on the Yamanote line with access to many of the main areas of Tokyo. The hotel itself was very quiet for sleeping and the location had a nice balance of activity but was not as overwhelming as some of the busier areas (it was nice to come home to after a busy day). Many convenience stores and grocery stores nearby. Onsen was nice and clean (no need for a bathing suit, you aren’t allowed to wear it!) Would definitely stay here again.

There was a mild non-lingering sewer smell after flushing the toilet sometimes. The chair in the room has some noticeable stains on it though the room itself was very clean.

the stuff does not speak english they are not very useful booked a taxi for outrageous fare.rooms are extremely smallthe streets next to the hotel are with prostitution and spooky bars...
