Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi - Tokyo

Everything was excel. The shower pressure, cleanliness, bed comfort, quietness, lighting, all was perfect. I would definitely stay again next time.

Maybe a few more hooks to hang clothes and towels. I was alone but if there were two of us, it would have been nice to have more hooks.

Staff very accommodating and cordial. Breakfast for $10 adequate and good value but not fancy. The free coffee, tea, snacks from 3-10 PM was nice. Convenient to Tokyo Station.

The hotel is in walking distance to the local train, Tokyo Station, and high end stores. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, which is nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The room was the typical size found in Tokyo but had a good use of space and storage. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee station in lobby was appreciated. Quiet area with easy access to Tokyo station.

The rooms were on the smaller side and the bathroom looks like a bathroom in a 2-3 star hotel. There was a musty smell in the room like old carpets.

It is a typical business hotel situated in the business district. Although near to the Tokyo Station, there is not much to enjoy or to feel the beauty of the city. The hotel will be good for guests on business trip rather than. The breakfast is rather limited. The room(small) is not ventilated, and bothers you with odor of chemical purifier. The room is provided with an air purifier though, and it helped.

Location convenient if you need a hotel in the CBD area. It's very quiet on the weekends which is nice. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Otemachi station which will get you to Tokyo station or Ginza in under 10 minutes.

Pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. I arrived very early in the morning and staff told me that the room would be ready by 3pm. Got back at 315pm and front desk said the room was still not ready.

Room is small. We barely have enough space for 1 medium luggage and a hand carry. Breakfast area is also very tight spaced. Although people were fairly orderly and polite in giving up their tables.

The room was very well laid out, comfortable, and quiet; a/c was quiet and worked well; bedding was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was small but very nice, and the women who work there were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Check-in and -out processes were efficient.

Bathroom had two issues: toilet smell was not pleasant with lid up, and the shower/tub temperature control knob was very difficult to adjust (the little button was not functional). One morning, the elevators were not functioning or being held (this was an hour before checkout time), but the stairs were locked and I needed to ask housekeeping how to use them to descend.

Poor location. A kilometer from the Tokyo station, but in a business district with little around. It felt like a motel but at a much higher price. I wouldn’t return.

I loved everything! The customer service the breakfast it was all amazing and the room was clean the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The Staff were excellent, friendly, very helpful. The shower in the room was great. The location was good for us to walk, find landmarks, restaurants.

The room was very small for two people, no place to put luggage except on top of furniture - why is this with hotels? Do they not realize that travelers will have luggage?

The Hotel location is excellent for being able to catch the Shinkansen! The room was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and the people working at every service point were friendly and professional!

This is our favorite hotel in Tokyo. The staff is the kindest and most knowledgeable. We were only supposed to be there for 3 nights and move to another hotel and we cancelled the other hotel and stayed in this one because we loved it so much, It's worth every penny!! We will definitely be back again.
