MONday Apart Premium Nihonbashi

Great experience at this hotel for a 5 night stay with my wife and 4-year old. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was big enough for all three of us. Location was good and was within walking distance to a JR station and Tokyo metro station.

The bunk beds were not very comfortable and a bit loud.

Convenient location halfway between Ginza and Ueno with easy subway access. Clean large rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and gracious.

Quite but close to public transportation. Room is clean and efficiently organized and has all the amenities you need.

So comfy, good facilities, value and good location.

On arrival, we played a game at reception. They asked us to take a Gacha ball, we won 1 hour extra checkout time, it was nice. Other options were water bottle and something else. Nice a comfortable stay, Beds were really comfortable. They had very nice washing machine, modern compared to other places. Location was nice and a bit quiet during the night, which was nice. Nihonbashi is mostly business area and in the evening there weren't so many people, which gave a quiet nice feelings in peak location at night. So many train and metro stations in walking distance, commute was easy from this location. Our flights were 9 hours after the checkout, hotel took care of our luggage for no extra cost, which was really nice.

Clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice staff.

It’s a residential area, so no shops like Lawson or large supermarkets nearby. We were kind of bored after 19:00.

Good quit neighborhood, not far of major trains. Apartment is nice and comfe, kitchen perfect for us. You can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo, and sleep quietly too.

The room had all you need for a family, including a washer/drier, a fridge, a kitchenette and so on. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (especially truly lovely Akimi). The hotel is a few minutes walk to numerous train stations.

While the Grand Japanese Room is advertised for larger groups, in practice it is most comfortable for up to six people. For our group it felt a bit crowded. The hotel offered us additional room options at an extra cost.

Wonderful stay! Room was perfect for two of us. Really appreciated the extra space and ambience of the tatami room, bed was comfortable, kitchen and dining room were convenient. Loved having a washer/dryer combo in the room. Location was really convenient; subway stop is close but we also walked regularly to the Tokyo main station. Staff were very helpful, particularly helping us navigate setting up luggage delivery for the first time.

Access codes for elevator and room were kind of long to remember but we eventually managed. :)

We had checked in to another hotel and it was not what the pictures showed. We were so upset that I immediately looked for another hotel at 10:30 pm. At 11:45 pm we were warmly welcomed to MONday Apart Premium Nihonbashi by the front desk person. The staff are so eager to support your needs. The room was clean, sheets crisp and spotless. It is exactly what you see on the website. Near shopping mall, )can't remember but close) Starbucks (2 min walk) 711 (2 min) Kanda Station (8 min) and a few restaurants that we tried that served local Japanese food). Very good. Quiet and very safe for women to run early in the morning (which we did every day) they called a taxi for us and it was there in less than 5 min every time. We would go back in a heartbeat.

There is nothing I didn't like about the property. It's not in a bustling tourist area like Shinjuku, but it was perfect for us. Shinjuku is about 30 min away by taxi.

The staff were AMAZING! Great location, super clean apartment, very good laundry machine.

This apartment/hotel was really nice. It had a small, well-stocked kitchen, a table and chairs and beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. We got the deluxe room and had a tatami room with a Japanese sit-on-the-floor table. This room doubled as a second bedroom for our young adult sons. It was comfortable and roomy. The location is excellent. There are 2 JR train stations and 2 Tokyo Metro stations within a few blocks. 4 stations nearby allowed us to go almost everywhere with very few train transfers. Tokyo station was also about a 10 min walk away.

The only problem was we got charge almost $400 more for the room .We did do reserve a room for 5/ people but the receptionist said no we have to put you in another room which 3 of us had to sleep on the floor :(The first room had bumped beds

The location was central & the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, neat & comfortable. There was even complimentary Saké on arrival :)We originally booked a smaller room & when we arrived, we noticed it was way too small for 5 people. When I asked at the reception, they quickly arranged for a larger room to be provided (at a small extra cost) and it was PERFECT! I am very grateful for them accomodating so quickly, and making it a great experience!

Original room was too small for 5 people. Only has single beds, but this is Japan's way and it was fine.

Very big room compared to other hotels and the washing machine was very modern. When travelling with our little family the washing/dryer was very important!

Difficult to find down a side road, however that did make for a quiet stay
