NOHGA HOTEL AKIHABARA TOKYO

The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. Each time I interacted with them I left smiling. The bed and pillows were also great.

Unfortunately there was no bathtub to soak in after a long day of walking. I did like the waterfall shower though.

Rooms are well appointed with conveniences. The front desk staff is welcoming and efficient and spoke clear English. Very clean rooms.

It was very clean. The staff are very helpful and professional.

Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant environment is very comfortable. The rooms are rather small vs USA standards; however, the shower is really nice, and the bathroom amenities are great. Perhaps you could offer more English or international based TV channels. I wanted to keep up with news; Fox, CNN or Bloomberg but could not find these channels.

This hotel is tucked away in an alley way but the location is perfect! In the heart of Akihabara and so close to train station and convenience store, shopping, Cafes, Restaurants, and even the donki is a across the street. Very clean, staff is so friendly and helpful.

No amenities provided except for slippers and hair shampoo and conditioner. Hallway could be a bit brighter with additional lighting.

Love the location, amazing staff, great amenities and ambiance. Extremely clean, loved the shower products also.

The location was perfect for us right off the main strip of Akihabara. The restaurant was very nice with a great breakfast every day.

Excellent location, right in 秋葉原, room is comfortable and spacious, will stay again.

Breakfast awesome, lot of choices. They take order on how you would like your main dish, omelette or vegetarian options available.

Disappointed about the lack of communication between the hotel and restaurant. We assumed the restaurant was part of the hotel given it had the name Nogha. We weren’t able to be seated inside with a 3-year old at 5pm when the majority of tables were open. Ended up sitting outside with heaters that did not work. We had a better customer service experience in their Kyoto branch. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, love their brand design.

Very modern and clean hotel. We appreciated the restaurant/bar on first floor. Rooms are very small but we decided to pay for an upgrade which was definitely a good decision. The location is perfection.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also there was construction at the time right outside which you could hear/feel at night. Lastly I guess, something that was a bit annoying is that the elevator always stops at the 2nd floor, even if you had placed your room card for your rooms floor.

Location and staff. Location was very good close to public transportation and very central. Staff is 10 out of 10, very helpful, kind, generous with their time and overall just wonderful people

The room size (and I know it’s an issue in Japan) but there was no desk space to work on with my laptop, there was no way pace to open my suitcase and wall hangers for your dress/work blazers and suits (no drawers to store your cloths like underwear, shirts, etc and no shoe closet

This is our second time staying in this hotel. There are so many hotel options in Tokyo but this one is on the top of our list. The location is great, at walking distance from many delicious restaurants around. I suggest you look at the guide they offer at the lobby with a lot of restaurant recommendations.

Service is excellent, room is very clean. I love the shampoo / conditioner. Hotel is very conveniently located with access to 3 metro lines.

Room does not have enough space to put a large luggage. Also, the lifts always stop at level 2, even when there is no one requiring to use it. This is extremely annoying and a waste of time / energy.

Clean and modern. Air conditioning worked properly. Shower was strong and hot. Staff was extremely polite.

No wardrobe or closet in the room. There’s only a hanger. The room has no space for opening bags and no wardrobe for storing clothes. Making logistic of space very bad.

Close to train stations. That staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
