Space of room was really great if you have more people and or luggage

Walls can be thin and can hear construction outside but not too bad

The staff consistently went above and beyond to provide service. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the washer/dryer combo worked really well.

Not so much a dislike as a fact: the area around the hotel is quiet, but we only needed to walk a few blocks to find restaurants and convenience stores.

Location, location, location. If you don't mind a 10 min walk from several train stations. Quit neighborhood. Plenty of food options and small bars.

Very clean, well located, great front desk service, and cleaning every three days was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, and having a good laundry machine / dryer was a life saver.

Cost was a bit high but that’s the reality of a big city like Tokyo.

I liked the location, room size, and how clean the entire hotel was from the entrance to the building to the bathroom in my room. The front desk staff was amazing. Wonderful place to stay.

Location - close to train access and also great food options.Size - large by Tokyo standards, lots of space for the kids to move around in.Staff - welcoming, friendly and very accomodating. Special kudos to Yu, who went above and beyond.Amenities - washing machine was a great extra, coffee machine and kitchenette although unused, were wonderful additions to have.

Coffee/Tea - facilities were there, but had to purchase coffee & tea from front desk.

The location of the property was an easy access to a lot of different places. We could have used the local transportations more. Overall, it was very convenient. The staff was super helpful and friendly as well.

I like the location, the washer/dryer in the unit, and great water pressure shower heads..

Need more than 1 pillow per bed and the mattress was a little hard.

Property is nearby alley restaurants, Tokyo sky tree you’ll be able to see from the hotel, train station is a walk around the corner which isn’t too far for walking with children. Many family marts, 7/11s, and Lawson konbinis around the hotel.

The price is a little steep, but if you want extra room to move around the facility will do the job. The room had visible dust, I ended up cleaning it up because my kids kept sneezing.

Very spacious and nice to have everything you need at the room.The park is very nearby and so is the Tokyo tower, looks great at night and the area is nice.

The beds were a little hard and wish I had a couple more pillows.The stations are not too bad, but you would have to transfer a few times or walk to a further station to get around Tokyo.

Excellent location; the reception was always so willing and helpful when needed. The room is extremely roomy compare to other Japanese hotel rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is spotlessly clean.

Only one side of the bed has table to store miscellaneous items. No low light option around the bed. Kitchen has no knife, salt/pepper and no coffee provided even though the machine is placed into the dining area.

Considering Tokyo standards, good sized room, great location, great staff.

The bunk bed's upper bed was noisy even my son made normal side-to-side movements during sleep.The washing machine is all in Japanese. A simple guide or booklet should be made available for tourists like us.

Location was perfect because Family mart and 7 eleven are close few minutes walking. Easier to grab breakfast , coffee and other essential like water.

House keeping was not available but it sis not bother us.

Location is perfect - close to Daimon and Hamamatsucho station. Close to Tokyo tower and Jojo-ji temple. Clean place, however with the price paid I would have expected daily room cleaning. As a tourist, I was out of the room in the morning and back only to sleep, so making the bed isn’t the end of the world. The fact there is an excellent washing machine/Dryer in the room meant that when we travelled to Kyoto, we had all clean clothes in our bag. Staff were always with a smile, and truthfully after checking in, you don’t really need much from them except a greeting whenever you see them and they did that well. We were leaving on the second day in the morning to explore and one of the receptionist came out with umbrellas for us. I would stay here if I was on a city break with family where I needed to rest my head. The price is high when compared to what I would pay at a double tree, Hampton, courtyard or Moxy in any other major city, but this is Tokyo- food is cheap as chips but the stay is extremely expensive!

Good size for a family of 4. The layout of the apartment was smartly designed. Washing machine was a bonus. The front desk even helped us to ship out luggage to Kyoto. Great location. Close proximity to two train stations. Highly recommended!

Location is good, near the Shiba Koen, Daimon subway and the Hamamtsucho train station. Plenty of convenient stores around.

The staff , especially Mr Yu , he is very friendly & helpful. On one occasion, we have to cancel our hotel booking and car booking over Kawaguchi due to heavy snow , he make the effort to talk to the staff of the other hotel in Japanese and we managed to get a full refund for the hotel booking and car rental. This place is near Daimon station and Tokyo tower , very convenient to go Ginza and Tsukiji market.This is our second booking recommended by mine best friend. We will definitely be back again with hospitality welcome from friendly staff here. Keep up the good job.

The staff was attentative and helpful. The location was very good. Quite a big room size for Japan. Have a fridge, microwave, kettle.

The AC was hard to turn on for heating. Buttons all are in Japanese. Staff helped me, but it took some time. Plus, she took a filter out from AC, and all the dust was flying over a bed. I stayed two nights - no room cleaning. Bad noise isolation, so I could hear kids running above me, next floor. Also the room was dry, and the sheets get statically electrified.

The hotel is within walking distance to Tokyo Tower and zojoji temple a very good spot to take.photos with Tokyo tower. 7 minutes walk from Damon Station and Onarimon Station. It's located near office building. Close to big family mart down the road so still pretty convenient and central to everywhere. Love that's it's pretty spacious for family of 4 and have its own washing machine as well.

The location is in office area so pretty quiet at night and bit far from everywhere except Tokyo tower and zojoji temple but good value for price .

Location was great! Short walk to station and in a nice area

For the price was very disappointed . No soundproofing from floor to floor so we were kept up all night by the upstairs room stamping and walking around till 1 am . As my child’s bed was on the bunk he couldn’t sleep. For over $500 a night we deserved a quiet nights sleep . Bed was also very hard .
