Well looked after older building. Quaint.

The people are great

The location was perfect. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The pool was nice and relaxing.

No elevator and our room was on the 4th floor ?.

The location is ACE. Couldn't have asked for anything better to orient myself to Phuket old town. It was steps away from the walking street so if you happen to be there on a Sunday, your evening is made! The staff is very helpful, polite and cheerful. They are very clear with their directions. The swimming pool is clean and tucked away in a sunny corner. The room was very clean and it had a lovely balcony attached. They don't have in-house restaurants but they offer a one-time 15% discount in the cafe right outside the premises- the name is Couple Cafe. The coffee was good! I'd definitely stay here again primarily for the location and ease. Please note they don't have room service but I didn't see that as a hurdle. They provide kettle, tea and coffee sachets.

The only downside is that they don't have a lift and the hotel has 4 floors. I was on the top floor (4th) and though the exercise is welcome, it may be good to emphasize on this point while guests are booking. The toilet had this weird sewage stink that came and went but honestly it didn't bother me much as I was hardly in the room but can be looked into, by the hotel staff.

Central but peaceful location with nice new accommodations

No breakfast nearby until after 8am. If you are taking an early tour you are on your own

Good location, this hotel located in the centre of the old town, also staffs are friendly. Room 111 is very nice for family and swimming pool is in front of the room.

I felt uncomfortable about the shower head. It wasn't working well.

Great location, very central to everything but quiet and with a nice pool to cool off at the end of the day. We stayed in a family room with our two kids and it was super comfortable.

Comfortable stay in a great location near Phuket Old Town. The boutique hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip

Everything,location,clean & the bed.

Stayed on the 4th floor & the hotel doesn't have an elevator, not an issue for me & my wife but people with disabilities might be having a hard time.

Location is excellent. Easy to walk to anywhere and there's a bus stop of free shuttle bus at front of hotel. Room is clean, bed is super comfort and there is a swimming pool also.

The TV turns on full volume. Not a good stream for the hot water in the shower

The location of The Besavana is fantastic, right in the middle of Old Town Phuket,which is a very walkable town.The hotel has no lift, it is a walk-up accommodation. The staff are happy to help with luggage.We were happy in the bedroom which could sleep 4 pax and we appreciated the water delivered to our room every day.It is a clean hotel, the rooms and outside areas are constantly kept clean and tidy.

There was a slightly stale smell in the room.The plastic kettle gave off a bad smell when used to boil water.

It was in the perfect location, just back from the street so not noisy.It was clean, bed was so comfortable, staff weee friendly and helpful and the pool was gloriously private and refreshing after a day out in the heat.

Right in the heart of Old Town Phuket, walkable to local Thai and western restaurants, and easy pick up for Grabs and tour guides. Still, the hotel is just off the roadway so our room was quiet and restful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle and coffee, excellent AC. Checking in, we really appreciated the help with our bags up the stairs. Each day, the staff at the front desk were very pleasant. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot for exploring Phuket Town. It’s within walking distance of the Old Town area, local restaurants, and the night market.Quiet & Well-Designed Building: The hotel is tucked away from the main street, so it’s not noisy. I also appreciate that it’s a proper hotel building, not a converted shophouse or townhouse. This means the floors are cement, so there’s no noise or vibration when people walk past the room.Parking & Mini Pool: The hotel has its own parking space, which is a big plus. There’s also a mini pool—not for swimming, but a nice spot to relax, which is a rare feature for small hotels in Phuket Old Town.Quality Amenities: They still provide Erb amenities (soap & shampoo) in the room, which I love. (Erb is a nice Thai spa brand besides Panpuri)

No Elevator: The only downside is that there’s no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

Didn't bother us but just FYI, there is NO elevator (we were on the third floor out of 4). In case this might be a concern, keep this in mind.

Perfect spot nearby the Phuket old town night market, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby the hotel , extremely convenience.
