Thai Kamala Beach Front

Beachfront was the best. Loved looking out our patio day or night and also taking lots of sunset beach photos. Copla for breakfast and Mamma Mia restaurant for dinner right on property were excellent. Ann's Kitchen for lunch down the road was great too. Fun shopping. Beds were comfy for good night's sleep. Surprisingly quiet at night too. Shower was nice and relaxing. Staff was accommodating and friendly, always ready to help. They changed the sheets with short notice; they provided a scale upon request and gave a small charm/gift at check-out. We used their airport transfer to and from.

Smell in the hallway. Property is a little on the older side, but no big deal. Extremely busy touristy area. 7-11 down the street was always crowded. Line moved quickly though.

It’s cozy amd clean. Plus the location is great. The staff is very friendly.

It’s too expensive

We loved the location's view of the ocean. The restaurant next door was perfect plus we were so happy the hotel had water hose to wash our sandy feet off. The staff was incredibly helpful in making all our numerous activities come out to perfection. It is our 2nd year here & we brought 2 other couples with us on this trip. We plan to return.

Good size room, good AC, Nice patio, nice bedding. Restaurant steps away. Excellent service.

Some obstacles to the view but didnt detract from the overall view. Photos a little misleading. Smokers on their balcony wafting over to my balcony. Should turn to non smoking properly only. So many smokers of European and Australian decent and it really ruins it for non smoking guests because you cannot even enjoy your own balcony anymore due to these Smokers who have no respect for non smoking. Its so smelly and gross!

It was a bit ghetto (towels old & frayed, a/c leaking water) & we ended up with bugs in our room.

The location is on the beach.

Room 201 was too small and not like the pictures and it's with a smaller balcony than all other rooms.

It looked good in the photos and on paper

Nothing was true. We got the worst room in the place, #109. Zero privacy as you are basically 5 ft off a restaurant/bar. There's trash and clutter, people and noise and no way to have your door open for a breeze without people basically in your room. The price should reflect this but we were charged full price.Don't stay here unless you only need a place to sleep and if that's the case choose something on the road and save your money for dining or other experiences. We were so disappointed we left after one day to another accommodation, forfeiting our booking fees.Really, this place is not how it is pictured here or on other booking sites. It's run down, not maintained, the passage smells of cat urine, the place doesn't offer any security. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. DONT RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY I dont often leave poor reviews unless I feel no consideration was offered to satisfy the disparity between what was offered and what was received.

Steps away from the beach, clean quiet and the staff was very nice. They took time to put happy birthday with roses on the bed when I arrived.

It’s a good location to the beach but he parking is not available so you have to walk a short distance. Other than that everything was great

The location was fantastic: right on the beach; walking down the promenade was the best way to start the morning. There were many great restaurants just a few steps away, and we spent a lot of time on the wonderful balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dated and missing a few things: we had an electric kettle but only one mug and no spoons, for example. Also, the pillows were fairly uncomfortable - but again, the location was fantastic and everyone was so friendly.

Ocean view! Staff was very nice. Bed is very comfortable.

It was not clean enough..even right after cleaning it was sand and hair left on the floor.. kinda small room. I had not enough space in bathroom for personal items.

We have been charged 2300 TBH for lost key. It was quite a lot and there was no price list shown to us so we felt a bit awkward that they just told us that this is what we have to pay for the lost room key. It would feel more legit if there was a price list for that

This hotel was at the far end of the beach, a great location! The staff were so helpful and friendly ☺️

The room was amazing ? the staff super friendly!! The view breathtaking, in the morning from our bed we could see horses on the beach! A very relaxing time ?
