Cleanest.

There are not many food locations around, if you arrive at night just to be sure to bring some foods in.

Good location Free one way transfer Friendly staffEven the washing machine in the bathroom No noise from the airport, silentGood for sleep

Old apartment, old furniture, cracks on the walls, renovation is needed. But anyway I would stay here again if there are no better options

Fantastic location right next to the airport with clean rooms, strong A/C and clean rooms.

Very friendly staff and the room was clean. Short walk to the airport and to the beach. Other guests were also pleasant.

There is some noise due to the short distance to the airport

Excellent location for airport. Lovely staff. Well thought through facilities and needs for Your stay.Good use of space

Room small no balcony to speak of but somewhere to lay your head it's absolutely fine. No hot water only slightly warm

Location is conveniently close to airport, beach, 7-11 and restaurants. The staff Opal at the reception is super friendly. Offers one way transfer to airport. Apartment as microwave, kettle, small kitchenette and washing machine. Very clean. Surprisingly quiet even with the occasional plane flying by. Beach is free to access from 4:30pm to 8:30am. Otherwise 200baht for foreigners.

The room was very clean and in a good location near the airport. Everything you needed was in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of noise from the air conditioning in our room.

It has everything you need and more. Beyond clean, close and convenient to beach as well as trails and markets and restaurants with airport so close but without noise from planes. Sweetest owner from N Thailand, too. Would love to come back! Lovely bathroom, mini kitchen, washing machine, balcony, good working AC. Awesome spot.

Nothing. It was perfect in every way!

Lovely bright room. Space for bags and to work if you wanted to. Nice strong AC. Great location walking distance to airport, beach and great restaurants and coffee nearby. Lovely reception staff!

Good location, fun to celebrate the water festival here. Tons of shops around the corner, and staff were very friendly

It was very close to the airport and they provided a shuttle. The room was a bit small and at the same time it had everything we needed. We could heat up breakfast and make coffee in the morning. The shower was nice and warm

Located very close to airport and short transfer was provided next day free of charge

The air con was a bit noisy

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Nai Yang Beach. The area is quiet and looks safe. The staff is very welcoming. The room is equipped with kitchen facilities, which is also great for someone who stay there longer than one night. It is really quiet in the room.

The room is smaller than most standard rooms in Thailand, but for me it wasn't a big deal. The shower cabin is also quite small.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night and we really enjoyed the stay. The room was small but equipped with everything necessary. There is even a washing machine and we could wash our clothes after the flight. There is a beach near the hotel in a 15-minute distance where one can make beautiful photos of landing planes. Cafes, money exchange office, 7/11 shop are located in a few minutes walk from the hotel. They provide one free transfer, we asked to pick us up at the airport. It was very convenient. Thanks a lot!

Everything was perfect.

Close to airport, easy walk. Had a lift.

Walk out to main road was not direct

Everything was really amazingly great! Vacation was great near to everything and near to the airport, the air shuttle that we asked for at 7 AM was there already at 6:55 AM. The drive to the airport is just five minutes. To walk to the airport would be something around 15 minutes.Extremely friendly stuff, extremely clean hotel. Highly recommended!

They were just one thing that could be perhaps a bit different: we wanted one more pillow and went to the reception to ask for it. At 6:50 PM, there was already nobody in the reception to speak to.

Close to the aiport, the room was nice, but not the best for the money I paid.

AC was not working properly....not enough power and very very noisy. The water was running out of fridge, so I had to put towels on floor. It's not a big issue..but still shouldn't be happening :) I think the owner should invest more in maintenance /repair of rooms. It was ok, but for the money I paid here, I stayed in better conditions elsewhere in Nai Yang.

Overall, a good experience. We stayed 1 night as we arrived quite late in Phuket via airport and it was more of a transit stay as we needed something close. 9/10

Mold smell was quite strong. Hope it is just a one time issue, due to humidity or poor ventilation.

New building and appliances, free transfer

Ants, noise

Very clean, big bed, teas and coffees, soap and shampoo and a hair dryer in the room. They have a washing machine and provide washing powder which was really important.

Just a card to enter from outside and had to wait every time I separated my husband.
