The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket

Sea Gypsy village is just a walk down the beach. Gorgeous, well tended grounds. The golf cart taxis needed to get around the spread out and very steep-hilled resort arrived quickly. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Lovely swimming pools.

The ocean view was not that beautiful. Resort overlooked a brown water bay. Was stung by jellyfish because the jellyfish warning flag was not flying. Except for the Sea Gypsy Village, nothing close by. Need to take a cab to do anything outside the resor

The room was amazing!!!

It’s very dirty. The contractor has done such a horrible job. Everything seems to be falling apart in this hotel., they’re supposed to come and clean the room but they didn’t do anything except changing the towels and putting back back together. The rest is worse than before.

We really loved our duplex room, it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the kids loved all the facilities.

The hotel was perfect but it was a little out of the centre and so we had to travel in taxis quite a lot and there was lots of traffic in the evenings so it would take a long time to get back.

The food was amazing the customer service was top tier! The facilities were clean and beautiful and the views the hotel are the most gorgeous

Our room was far from everything in the hotel, we can't move inside the hotel without car

AMAZING front staff and bell staff. Honey and Mink at the front seat were fabulous. Ploy and Wut on the bell staff were amazing as well. This hotel has fabulous grounds and views. The rooms are amazing and spacious in size. They upgraded us to a pool room which was very nice of them. Bad news… very expensive hotel compared to all others. Location of this hotel could not be in a worse location. If I knew about the area, then I would have never picked this hotel. Very poor and sketch outside the resort. If you plan on simply sitting by the pool for your entire stay, then this is the place.

Location is awful

Nice and cozy location great rooms big and specious. We had an ocean view so it was perfect.I would like to mention two individuals who made extra efforts Ms. June in the dinning room was extraordinary and Mr.Nop with buggy service. Both these individuals made it more enjoyable.

Smell in the rooms maybe dampness, air conditioning noise.

The pools were excellent with pool bars. Lovely beach with a relaxing hammock.The Breakfast was fantastic with an excellent variety of hot and cold foods. Excellent freshly made juices and probably the most assisting, kind and friendly staff.The room size was good with a gorgeous view from the balcony, and they were cleaned every day with everything replaced. Fabulous Spa treatment with excellent staff.

The all inclusive did not include the minibar in the room or various foods brought from outside the main restaurant.The town was about 15 mins drive away by cab. Maybe a shuttle minibus to take and bring back customers would help accessibility. Evening entertainment would also be appreciated rather than having to travel into town.Some D.I.Y in the rooms would not go amiss e.g. loose toilet holders and sink plugs did not keep the water in.

Disaster and I canceled it

The duty manager was unable to manage the situation and instead placed the blame on others. The photos they provided do not accurately represent reality; the resort feels outdated and has an old mentality. We booked an oceanfront villa, but we couldn't see the ocean at all! When I complained, they said it was an issue with the marketing team, claiming that it was labeled as 'oceanfront.'

Very hilly and drive from to and from the Airport

The resort was excellent. The staff were super friendly and the room quality was phenomenal. My favorite part was how good and varied the breakfast buffet is.

The room had spring beds very uncomfortable, some of the plugs did not work and the T.V stopped working on the channels that I could understand for a day and a half. The food on the all inclusive was not good at all and the choices was terrible for the money we paid for it and the drink choices as well.

Loved the complex itself. Lovely pool, great breakfast and lovely staff

We upgraded to a sea view but we’re so high up it was not possible to walk to our room so it was constant collections by golf buggy to and from room!

Breakfast has good options and timing till 11.00 am which helps when on vacation.Location ig a bit away from the happening places though they have free shuttles but with fixed timings.

The place was really nice and quiet, the staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious.

The wifi was not so great in my room
