Ibis Phuket Patong

The workers were friendly and helpful, also the room service was good, they were honest, I may come back to this hotel next time.

Relaxed Pool & Outdoor Area , Good Value for Money

Small rooms , bathrooms design , Some rooms can get noise from the corridor or nearby rooms because sound insulation isn’t great , it’s still about a 10–15 minute walk to Bangla Road,

The location , the pool and the overall cleanliness was average

Small rooms and thin walls at night was noisy you can hear people talking at the next room and people walking outside, the facilities was very old and consumed.

It was clean, quiet and a great swimming pool.

The rooms are a little small

The location was perfect. It’s located not far from Patong Beach. You can either walk or take a Grab Bike to the beach and Bangla. The hotel room was comfy, the staff were all friendly.

There were some renovations during my stay. On my second day of stay, I was awakened by the drilling sound right above my head in the morning (10ish). I understand that it’s unavoidable but that somehow ruined my experience there.

Clean, well furnished, good price, good service, great breakfast buffets, love the coffee machines at the breakfast hall, nice pool.In the center of Patong, near many cafes, restaurants and beach.

Location is good. Swimming pool was clean. Our rooms were upgraded at pool view which we loved. The balcony of our floor was big and spacious.

Location amenities and top notch staff ready to help at any given time.

The beds kept slipping off the base not very comfortable if you move around alot in your sleep.

They are an eco friendly property. But that causes them to act extremely cheap. If you drink a lot of water they will NOT provide you with more than 2 bottles as that is your entitlement and will charge you more money if you ask for more water.I think water is a basic necessity and shouldn’t be charged

Location, breakfast, value of money

Rooms very poor n small no place proper to hang clothes

Swimming pool and help desk employees

In booking website we choose smoking room, and the website shows that the property has laundry, for these options we decided to book, but when we arrived we found that NO smoking room nor laundry at all, unfortunately we were upset of this, and we found 2 cockroach on breakfast table, we will NOT recommend it to anyone.

The hotel room needs an upgrade, as many things are already quite old. Room service was just average. The hotel policy needs improvement, especially regarding guest privacy and support. When our belongings were stolen, the staff did not offer any assistance and simply left us to handle the situation on our own.

Its near to bangla road, patong beach, outside has lots of restaurants

The room is very small even the bathroom is very small

May request was not accomodated, i can see a lot of people checking out but did not accomodate my early request to be checked in. I also waited patiently and was to book a different hotel and i was about to request for a refund as well.

The staff is not helpful at all.

Spotless linens. Good AC. Friendly staff.

Room is small. But it’s a beach town!! You’re not supposed to be in the room!!!WiFi was poor

Location is good

The location is good but apart from that nothing was positive about the hotel they don't have any basic facilities like people for cleaning room the rooms were pretty old and old with 0 facilities they don't have basic facilities like toothbrush very poor management
