Beautiful place, great restaurant, great pool and rooms.

Can’t think of anything bad.

The room was basic but wit all the amenities needed, and the staff were great as well. We really appreciated the free tuk-tuk shuttle service, which you can book easily.

The room smells, possibly because of humidity.

Well staffed and well maintained. Very nice room. Pretty hotel. Shuttle bus to and from beach was a very nice touch. Staff at front desk were great. The restaurant on-site was good. Totally recommend the buffet breakfast.

The location is a hotel/ condo complex, so not a full resort feel, but not a detourant. Pool is nice but surrounded by buildings so sunbathing is limited. Also, cant walks to the beach because no sidewalks and road is too narrow to fit all the cars, moto's and people. The shuttle more then makes up for that. Only 5 min drive with some traffic.

Hotel App was quite useful and worked well, specially when needed to have the transportation to the beach and vice versa. The staff in the front desk were nice.

Firstly, the location of the room assigned in GF was not the best. It was just in the side/back near an entrance/exit. A lot of noise from construction within the facilities and surroundings. Noise from people passing. The humidity and the smell inside the room every time you get in. The need to have AC on, to relieve some of the smell/humidity or windows need to be open, but then the flyes are all over the room. This facility was the o ly one where I did face that. Bathroom cleanliness upon arrival with hairs...

no washing machine in the room (only paid laundry service), noisy air conditioning, not much space in the living room

The locations nice, breakfast was nice too!

The rooms are far too small, even the suites with pool view access. The room was tiny and crowded. The pool is also very small not enough sun lounges and the pool is shady too. I think they should remove the car park around the back and make more space to make the pool bigger.

Staff are helpful hôtel is clean and comfortable Recommend for family and kids pool is very nice and huge . The breakfast is good there is a lot of halal options for Muslims . Most of the guests are families and Arabs

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was very well equipped. The layout of the resort was very efficient with a beautiful pool and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful getting us to and from the resort hotel.

Location, Staff - we had a delay in our flight so we needed an hotel to book on last minute, it serves its purpose. the staff are very friendly, and the location is convenient for us. they also have a free shuttle bus to and from most visited areas.

room is too small for a family of 3. i would have preferred if there was no living room and the whole space was a bedroom. however this did not bother us as we did not stay for long time.

Pool, but would be good to have more sun on it - building shades most of the pool.

Location - A fair way away from the beach.Restaurant - Good food, but was quite pricey for what you get.

The rooms were nice and had lots of air conditioning. The staff, particularly the security guards were wonderful! The pool itself was pretty.

There were very few loungers around the pool for number of rooms. Small balcony for room size with nowhere to hang clothes to dry.

I like this hotel. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Resort providing transportation to the beach and to the downtown where you can find markets, restaurants etc.

Everything was perfect

The property was in an excellent location, close to the beach, shops etc. it is modern and clean with wonderful, helpful staff. Special thanks to Khun Pat on the management team, & Khun Nook on reception. From the GM down to the security guard (one of the most cheerful men I’ve ever seen) and every single member of staff we came into contact with, none could be faulted! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Restaurant. Some if the staff were rude. There were not enough Thai food options, the portions were small and the food was way overpriced. We only ate there once (outside of the included breakfast) for these reasons
