The friendliness of the staff. Front desk staff speaks English so it was very wasy to communicate. Very clean. The outdoor pool on the upper flor where one can see beautiful sunsets, beautiful hotel overall.

Seems to be located on top of a hill, the number of stairs to climb to get to your building/room, although totally worth it. Besides, they have that will take you in a golf cart. Just need to ask.

The atmosphere was amazing, staff was very helpful and friendly! Breathtaking views from the rooftop pool, tasty food and great cocktails! We had everything we needed and more! We are very satisfied and definitely coming back to this beautiful resort!

We were upgraded for our anniversary to a three bed villa as we were staying with family which was very kind. The property was stunning, spacious and very well designed, all the amenities you need including a washing machine, mini bar and private pool were fantastic.

Nothing to dislike about the property itself, but there was unfortunately a power outage on our last night, which meant we were in complete darkness, couldn't use anything in the villa, and could not sleep as there was no air con on a very humid night.

Too isolated from other places, not pram friendly due to stairs, kids pool wasn’t operational, other patrons were very rude,

Staff is nice and we had a room good for our needs with separate bedrooms.

The kids pool was poor. The water was never on, like in the pictures making it just boring and slides dangerous. Kids room is also not very well maintained and no windows. In the breakfast they brought bacon from the fridge and put it warm in under the heating lamp. There are stairs everywhere, the complex is a maze so dont bother bringing a stroller.

Stuff is not helpful at all. Booked transfer with them they forgot. Check out lasts 40 min. It s not clean. It s too big to keep it clean I guess.. they barely clean rooms or forget to clean during some days. On the corridor during night there is a hotel music playing all night- ringing bells which is so annoying to fall asleep. Lots of people from travel agencies- these are the guests they take care of.

Everything was great. The resort is huge and the view is so breathtaking! Highlight of the resort is probably rooftop pool, its so beautiful! And also the staffs are so helpful and friendly. I also requested for bed decoration for honeymoon and they delivered very well. Thumbs up and good job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I only had breakfast 1 time. It was great. I paid for the jacuzzi outside, but it did not work correctly. The room was comfortable

It's a beautiful hotel with great atmosphere. The hotel provides a Shuttle to Surin Beach and Bangtao Beach. The breakfast is a variety of fresh and clean options with good taste. The service staff are friendly and helpful. I will stay here again next time.

The staff at Mida were just so friendly. Everyone from reception, to the wait staff, to the housekeeping team were always happy, smiling and pleasing to speak with.

The room size not as shown in the booking. Its much less than 40 square meter. Also the elevator not working for 2 days and we have to going up four floors by staircase. In addition, although I booked two room for 4 adults, I checked out early morning and I asked the staff in the restaurant to get a cup of coffee few minutes before opening the breakfast buffet and they refused.

The elevated location was quite nice, the pools were pleasant. Close to beaches although not quite walking distance, we booked because of a very generous genius discount feeling safe that it would still be reasonable level because of the 5-star rating (it wasn't) and the general lack of co-ordination and effort by staff was woeful. IE three people standing behind the pool bar but had to walk up to get their attention each time service was required.

This is not a 5 star property, and misrepresenting it as such is just plain annoying. A couple of quick examples, the bare minimum in toiletries, one one roll of toilet paper. No utensils or plates in the room not even a cork screw of a bottle opener. When we ordered room service with a couple of beers the server opened a beer bottle for us but when we asked how we could open the other bottles later there was not answer (english was not adequate).

The apartment complex is excellent, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The beds are very comfortable, and the views from the windows are impressive. It's in a quiet location, conveniently close to Surin Beach.

The room is spacious but lacks coziness. It features a large wardrobe room with only a few hangers available. There's minimal furniture, and adjacent to the kitchen is an entirely empty room. The kitchen is equipped with just a plug where the stove should be, and it lacked any dishes or utensils. Overall, the room did not meet the expectations set by the apartment complex's standards and was overpriced.The onsite breakfast and café options were disappointing. We found ourselves eating out most of the time.

Didn't feel welcomed at all by the staff in reception. Not whilst checking in, asking questions nor checking out. Felt really arrogant. Also they told deposit would come next day when checking in and by checking out it was 2 weeks. This should have been mentioned, overall very nice experience ruined by staff.Also we booked double room and got single beds.
