The staff are amazing and always very helpful and helpful.

I would have preferred some more food options. Mostly served American food. Would have been nice to have something more authentic.

Lots of great things about this resort, I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a comfortable place to spend your vacation. You can totally spend 2-3 nights in the resort without needing to leave.

It is 1.5 hours away by car so you should plan accordingly. My drive to the airport (early morning) took 45min

Beautiful complex, nice swimming pools, nice design, good sports facility, many sport activities (majority paid but with a reasonable price). Very good breakfast, nice design restaurant with reasonable pricing.

The position of the hotel. But there were many things to enjoy in the complex. Plus they offer a shuttle to the beach so it is not such a big issue.

Breakfast was amazing, I have stayed there twice in the last 2 years and have enjoyed it more each time

We found the space and details in the resort to be amazing! Loved the delicious food options at every outlet. The gym and Muay Thai facilities were fabulous too. Staff lovely and well informed. Couldn't fault it, the whole family loved the resort.

Not enough choice at the restaurants. Since there are no nearby restaurants outside the hotel guests have to eat at the hotel.m’so it would have been nice to have more choice Eg. We are pescatarians and ate Seabass every night! The hotel gym seemed to be full of influencers and there was Not enough enforcement of the rules at the gym so that everyone could use it comfortably. Eg. People were constantly filming themselves and talking on the phone - we did not feel comfortable to use the gym freely because we had to keep checking if we were being inadvertently filmed by someone! Staff not very responsive on the messaging app.

The layout of the pools, sunloungers, the restaurant and roof top dining (Chica). The 3-storey gym and 2-storey spa are very nice.

For me, there are no negative points.

Staff very friendly. Amenities always available. Free shuttle to rawai pier and Nai Harn beach.

The bed was a little stiff.

Staff are aggressive in asking us (family with kids) to “keep the noise down” while swimming in the public pool. Last I checked, this is a resort not a silent retreat..

Beautiful and well maintained. The accommodation blocks were low rise and spread out so noise was minimal Beds were very comfortable Staff were wonderful, particular shout out to the breakfast staff who went out of their way to look after two aging vegans!

Nothing really springs to mind. For some it might. E a little fat from the beach but that was not an issue for us and enjoyed the quiet surroundings

Spacious and modern rooms, housekeeping was amazing, very friendly and caring staff. Gym was great, also pools were very clean and hotel areas well-maintained.

The services offered by the hotel and the restaurant were way overpriced. The Spa area such as sauna and jacuzzi were all paid. The hotel was quite remote so there was no supermarket or pharmacy within walking distance.We traveled with kids and were receiving complaints that they are noisy while playing in dedicated kids pool, and even in the hotel rules leaflet they mentioned that you need to keep them quiet and still. Though the hotel has facilities for kids(pool and small playground) it’s not very kids friendly.

Far from of the city

Staff is extremely unhelpful, for every request they have one answer “NO”!Lizards & mosquitoes checked-in before us.

The property is beautiful. The pools are amazing and a true highlight. Rooms were large and comfortable and could do two beds in a room.

There is a window with no curtain or way to close it straight from the shower into the bedroom. This was incredibly inconvenient for my brother and I who were rooming together. This is also not a resort in walkable distance of anywhere.

Amazing facilities, classes, Onsen and BBQ buffet night with free flow drinks. Impressive! would definitely come back

We initially booked 2 bedrooms apartment with private pool and another single room, as this will fit our budget. Upon check-in, we been greeted by two nice reception staff Ball & Pupeh and they offered us a free upgrade to the 3 bedrooms villas free of charge which was great gesture which was well appreciated.The villa was in great condition and felt like home which made our stay very memorable.The resort is very quiet and if you looking for a relaxing atmosphere then it’s the place.Great 3 stories gym, swimming pools scattered around the resort, and very good breakfast with vegan and pork free options for us as muslim guests.We extend one more night and we shifted to three single rooms which was great as well, very spacious with a seating area and a small pantry.The only thing that might effect some the lack of grocery store next to the property but there is a 7-11 within 15 mins walk and a very nice family business coffee shop (Brick J cafe ) which is nice for coffee and cakes and very friendly lady owner.Finally i should say the staff without an exception are extremely nice which make our stay very enjoyable

Pool temperature was cold maybe because in our stay it happened to be raining every single day and we couldn’t enjoy our private pool even other pools had the same issue, as the staff they said there is no heated pool in whole Thailand as the climate is always hot.Kids play area slight small unlike other resorts i’ve seen in Phuket as this resort might meant to complete relaxing vibe
