LIV Hotel Phuket Patong Beachfront

The pool and location are really good. You?re waterfront but still a little out of the hustle of the main Patong beach.

The lighting in the bathroom is super dim and there are spots around the sink and tub that need attention.

The property was situated away from all the noise of the rest of the beach, while being beachfront. This is key if you stay in Patong.

Breakfast could be a little better

Although the experience was extremely frustrating, the staff were kind and did everything they could to meet our expectations.

This was a clear example of why you shouldn’t judge based on just the reviews. If you’re traveling with your family, dont choose this hotel. The location and the building’s ventilation were very poor. All of our clothes absorbed an unpleasant smell. I really regret that there was no option to cancel.

Great quiet location by the coast within walking distance from main shopping streets. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and we got a very nice view of the sea from our window. The staff was extremely polite and friendly as well :)

Sometimes there was an odour coming from the toilet

If you like it super loud and Getto that’s the place to be this property looks nothing like in the pictures the noise is unbearable had people throwing up right in front of our door yelling slamming doors they know this as they put your earplugs on your nightstand already. The jazz music at their bar/pool blares all day and night to cover the surrounding noises this is not even close to the starts advertised the pool is a pigeon bath ……. We only stayed one night of our stay and moved to another resort even thought we lost 229$ for the night it was so worth it staying at the paradox for another 8 nights instead do yourself a favor and skip this place

Nothing to be liked at all big you lol for a 4 or 5 start hotel this is not the place this is more like a basic Hotel breakfast was sub at as well and the noise is horrible amenities worthless to as you won’t use them it’s like taking a bath in a pool on a train station

Amazing location spacious bed and very very clean

There was nothing particularly special about the property.

The price was quite high, and most of the staff were uncooperative. I arrived before my daughters, and instead of preparing their room early, we were made to wait until dawn for them to check in, which was very tiring. Additionally, the girls were not given the room that was originally agreed upon, which upset them.

Bad experience

I have a comment regarding the hotel, specifically about the receptionist’s behavior on the first day. She did not arrange the airport transfer as agreed, did not respond to our messages, and then asked us to pay the full amount because we didn’t wait for the car that they never actually provided…! Of course, we refused her request.Her attitude was poor, and she gave me a room different from what I had booked — I had reserved a sea view room, but she gave me a room facing a wall for the first two days. It’s true that the manager stepped in and resolved the issue on the third day, but I was not compensated for the inconvenience during the first two days.I had booked a five-day stay, and the first two days were disappointing, especially due to the receptionist’s behavior. In addition, there was a shortage of basic room supplies such as tea, sugar, and water. The slippers provided were old, clearly used by previous guests, not new.I don’t think I would stay here again.

High quality rooms, with comfortable beds and good sizable bathrooms. Breakfast was decent, but not fantastic.

I don't understand the appeal of having a window from the bathroom into the bedroom. Who actually wants this?

It has a perfect location and a very nice modern design. The rooms are very comfortable and have lots of space. I will definitely book it again. The staff is super friendly and can help with any request. The restaurants nearby are excellent. Everything you need is within a few minutes' walk: a massage, supermarket, bars, and a night market. Twenty minutes walk from Bangla Street if you are looking for wild Phuket

The location was ok, at the very end of Pa Tong but in a walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff and one of the waitress, now I regret that I didn’t ask her name but with short hair, they were super nice and good as well as the housekeeping. But the rest of the service was bad I must say.

Over all it was good but some of the staff was really bad especially the ones at the bar. They don’t have any standard. There was only one girl who was very much into everything with short hair but her rest of the team were completely lost. We had to wait half an hour to give order, The coffee they served first day was much better than the day after. And if you are not ordering food they don’t really care what you order. The coffee we had on our last day was the worst I have ever had. On our last day we asked for plate and knife and we were told that they can not give us knife ? It was hilarious ?

Great location - walking distance to the action but far enough away to be quiet. Beautiful view from the room. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Would definitely stay here again!

Busy road between the beach and the hotel. Was a bit noisy - but quieter at night.

Great hotel a little away from the craziness of Phuket but still an easy walk to get right into it. Five minute walk to the beach along the water. The pool was at the front of the property with a restricted view of the ocean. The room was comfortable and we loved the seating nest in the room with large windows to look at the ocean. AC was strong and breakfast was varied and delicious. We loved eating outside on the front patio overlooking the beach and ocean. Beautiful facilities and very friendly staff! Never met such a friendly and welcoming night security guard!

Liked everything!

The room was very spacious and modern. The extra bed was huge!! Very accommodating for 3 people. We loved the robes, slippers, and tote bag for the pool.

Only negative was being across from the dock where it had a strong odor of fish.

The property located perfectly in the middle of the walking street near the beach and its ra few minutes from 7/11 so that was great for us!The hotel itself is beautiful and the beds are big and super comfy The staff was amazing and helpful with everything that we requested, couldn’t thank them enough A great stay!
