Supicha Pool Access Hotel

Room

Breakfast, common area AC, location

The location was perfect to take EDC shuttle. Each room has direct access to the pool from their room. The bed was comfortable, the air con blew cold and they provided many bottled water each day.

The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors talking next. To be fair though they were Chinese and spoke loudly. If you leave the door open it will start to beep. My neighbor would leave their door open at all hours of the day and night. There is no elevator so I had to carry my own luggage up stairs. If you live on the other side like me, you need to walk around the pool each day. There is no 7-11 or store close by though they had a small area in like bby selling things you may need. Also, I didn't know there was a small fridge until 3 days later since it's in the bottom of the closet and not visible easily for a tall guy like me.

Great hotel! The pool is amazing all the rooms have a view of it and the breakfast was excellent!! staff are very lovely in the rooms are very clean!

Beautiful place quiet during the day.

People are obnoxious and really loud. They were stomping on top of our room. The walls seem to be very thin.

Pool, a small store and restaurants in walking distance.

Bed are hard, hotel is a bit dated. Away from the city center. Breakfast was affordable.

Our stay at this location was quite disappointing. The accommodations were extremely small, AC was bad and there were numerous lizards present throughout the premises. Additionally, the pool was very small and not as expected. The manager was frequently absent, and the staff struggled with English, making communication difficult 5 star can’t be for this hotel maximum 3 star

Good value for money. Convenient location for me. Friendly staff. Room with direct access to the pool.

The wifi: not very strong (not enough for managing a training from the hotel) and I needed to reconnect every time I switched off the computer. The breakfast was OK, but not 5-star (limited choice of fruits, limited choice of cereals, no yogurt)

The staff was very polite friendly and helpful.

The room was quite outdated with no drawers. The lighting of the room was so bad and it wasn't worth to stay at that price.

I came for 2 nights only and it was good value for money. The pool is amazing!

Rooms always cleaned. Staff are lovely.

Very far from any attractions. Breakfast was always cold, I think they should implement burners under the buffet.

At the first night I asked for pillow and the asked us money for it Un believable? and I didnt see a smile during those days

The pool is amazing! Really big and very clean! The room was also nice, the air con worked well.

No sound-proofing means you can hear all the noise of the people in the pool. There was a massive (30+ children) group jumping in the pool at 7am. When we asked the staff they didn't do anything about it. The food is okay but nothing special.

Good value, clean , big rooms with pool view & so quiete and after 12 pm tranquality. You can rest well and sleep well after long tring day of trourist attractions

This is a nice close location to the marina for tours. It was great for us.Amazing looking hotel, built apparently in 2007 but had old world designs. The bathrooms are epic. It's a little noisy because of traffic so when you book get the rooms away from the main road. There is also a hospital down the road so you hear the ambulances.

The pool was very huge and clean, the rooms where very big and clean

Swimming pool was amazing, kind personnel, and good fast cleaning service.

I was expecting a better breakfast ... I got cold scrambled eggs and vegetables looked like hard twigs, the salad buffet was not good for imposition.

Everything was good.

A very big group of a school arrived around 6am in the morning making a lot of noise and jumping in the pool.

Large and clean pool, room was clean and really nice to use.

Location directly next to the road - really loud traffic heard in the room sometimes even at night. Aircon had problems two times during pur stay. They mended the problem fast.

Location, staff and service.

Pool was awesome, accessible.

The no lights at night in hallways so customers can see
